Liked: Nice quiet neighbourhood just a short walk (about 10 mins) from the city centre.

Disliked: Breakfast was good but not available until 9am.

Liked: The staff is very friendly, they help you but they're also open for a nice chat (thanks Esther and Anibal!). The hostel also looks very nice, the rooms are lovely, the breakfast room is charming, the outside looks very welcoming, and there even is a sunny terrace! The beds are very comfortable and the showers are clean. Breakfast is not included, but for only 3€, you can get buy a delicious breakfast (I recommend the tomato with olive oil). It's located in a beautiful street, on a 15min walk from the center of the city. There's also a bus, so you don't have to walk if you're tired. When I return to Andalucia, I will definitely stay here again!

Liked: the location was fantastic, very close to the city centre and a short walk to get anywhere, also the kitchen in the hostel was very useful to save money on dinner and breakfast.

Disliked: i had no complaints about this hostel, however if you are young and a big partier and want to meet similar people i would recommend a different hostel as this one was more oriented towards more mature clients and families

Liked: Clean bathrooms, clean sheets, hot water.

Disliked: It was far from places to eat. There was no luggage room, it was far from the centro and expensive. We received a photo copied map with no key or guide.

Liked: it is a quiet nice and comfortable hostel. its a little bit far away of the center. the rooms are huge and the bathrooms are clean and huge as well.

Disliked: nothing. everything was fine

Liked: I basically only there long enough to get a night's sleep but the staff was super helpful. She told when where to catch the bus, suggested a more comfortable room than the one I reserved, and told me how to get to granada

Disliked: Nothing. But again, only stayed there about 9 hours and mostly slept

Liked: Nice kitchen, very useful if you like to cook at home! Helpfull staff and clean room. Very interesting decore and perfect terrace.

Disliked: We have shared bathroom, but bathroom was in very good condition and very clean and always free:)

Liked: Beautiful building, beautifully decorated. Great ambiance. Close to the centre rather than the sea. Quiet backstreet.

Liked: Then staff went out of their way to help me with problems at the airport ( my luggage got misdirected) and with dealing with my less than adequate Spanish and with helping me find places of interest (to me) to go, the weather wasn´t so great but the atmosphere here is very sunny.

Disliked: nada

Liked: Villa Alicia is one of the best Hostels I have stayed at. It is very clean, they provide real blankets, and the atmospher is great. At night I knew we were walking closer to our Hostel because you can smell the Jasmine flowers comming from the Villa. I am definitly going back!

Disliked: The only thing is that the doors to the bathroom kept jamming.

Liked: Such good value and lovely decor. My kind of place.

Disliked: Street is quiet but you can hear other guests coming and going. No towels.

Liked: The terrace was really nice.

Disliked: Wanted to check out at 8.00 am and found the whole reception locked up and no answer on phone etc. When a member of staff finally arrived she was quite rude and unhelpful.

Liked: Really good place!!! The rooms were really clean and big. the shower is in the hall, but is really clean! the atmosphere is good, it is located in a villa on walking distance of the centre. 20 minutes walk to the centre was in my opinion just good!
