Liked: Not much to be honest...Only good thing was the place of the location,you're almost right in the heart of Malaga.

Disliked: It wasn't even worth the 20 euros.We still fully enjoyed our stay in Malaga,I just think the most important and easy thing is to offer clean sheets!that seemed a problem,our pillows and sheets were seriously ugly,yellow stains all over it...so I had to sleep on my beach towel.If you travel with sleeping bag then I would recommend this hostel,cause you probably wouldn't find a cheaper place to stay.

Liked: location

Disliked: The rooms were either very stuffy or too cold with the windows open. There were moths flying around everywhere plus smashed moths on the walls and sheets. The night we arrived there was a new guy at the front desk who didn't know how to assign us keys and didn't know if there were other bathrooms we could use if our room's bathroom was taken. He tried and he was very nice, but otherwise not very knowledgeable about the property. Didn't sleep well due to some loud blasting canon sounds down the street in addition to it being really stuffy or really cold and being bothered by moths and other bugs. I don't know if it was garbage collection or what.. it was just insanely disturbing and annoying to try to sleep through so we checked out early just to get the hell out of there.

Liked: Very good breakfast in bar over street! Nice international personal. Spanish!

Disliked: Room was not prepared at 23:00 when we arrived. But we got free bear and play pool.

Liked: the breakfast was in a near restaurant and it was really great. good location, clean rooms, nice bathroom

Disliked: they can't find our booking when we arrived and the receptionist didn't speak english at all. we booked a 4beds doorm, but it was already occupied. they solved the problem, but it was a bit comlicated

Liked: Comfort and cleanliness of bedrooms.

Disliked: A group staying there made so much noise until the morning that it was impossible to sleep. Maybe the Warden needs to be aware of the need to have someone on duty. Signs requesting slience were igonored.

Liked: My room is not in the main location but it's on the Plaza de la Merced, that it's better! Anyway, the room is very quiet and silent. The room is little but not a problem. There is WiFi and a PC free to use. It's really near the city centre. and there are many many shops, pubs and markets near the hostel. It's a very good location!!

Disliked: No hot waters (no gas), so no shower available. No room cleaning and no sheet change during 6 days. It's not a problem for me, but for many it is.

Liked: Superb location, in one of the most important squares. It was hard to find a parking for the car, but after 20 minutes we found it!

Disliked: No heating, it was a bit cold in the room and in the separate bathroom

Liked: Didn't like anything really, except the English bloke there was friendly and helpful and the internet was good.

Disliked: the place was not clean, the kitchen was dirty enough so that I didn't want to use it (i.e. the microwave looked like something exploded in there 3 weeks ago and was not cleaned), lockers were not great and had to pay 1 euro for it, reception opens at 9:30am which i think is quite late for a hostel.

Liked: The young woman at the reception was very nice. Very friendly. Robert Boyd bar was okay too.

Disliked: Everything besides the young woman at the reception.

Liked: I stayed in an annex that was very central - it was also in a lovely old building.

Disliked: There was only one bathroom which could be annoying in the morning

Liked: We had our room in other building (only couples). It was quiet in the building, which was nice.The location of our room at Plaza de Merced was supurb. Very lively,

Disliked: There was only one toilet and it was coupled with the shower. We often had to plan to go to the toilet, which was a bit annoying. The neighborhood is lively, but there is a lot of noise at night, during the whole night. It was really warm when we where in malaga, so we had to keep the windows open and that was with all the noise very disturbing. There was no fan/airco at the room, so it was very warm, also at night. But overall its a nice hostel stay a couple of days.

Liked: Hostel had two buildings. We stayed in the one on the square. Really nice location with living room we liked. Two pc's as well with internet that we also used to watch movies (recommended). Unfortunately our kitchen was broken, but we could use the one in the other building (only 1 minute walk).

Disliked: Bathroom not always that clean. Very very economic and boring room without any nice decoration or something maybe something that could be done for the future.
