Liked: Location is superb. Rooms are good sized, and clean. Hot water all the time. Balcony, AC, etc. made for a nice tropical experience. The proprietor (?) was very kind, helpful with instructions, etc.

Disliked: Nothing I disliked. It was a great night's stay.

Liked: Cute hostel with nice rooms- just a little on the small side but had great airconditioning and private bathrooms. Kitchen was great- but you could only use it from 7am-12pm, then 4pm-10pm, when the reception was open.

Disliked: reception opening hours were inconvenient, dont go here if you want to meet people, everyone kept to themselves.

Liked: location, free wifi (although signal was strong enough only in the dining area)

Disliked: room was very dark - only a single energy-saving bulb. no view from the window - just the opposite wall. bathroom was tiny.

Liked: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Simple accomodation but good value and location. Kitchen is useful. Good to have wi-fi.

Disliked: The bed was basic - not that comfortable, but clean.

Liked: It's was very nice hostel, just bit difficult to find

Disliked: There are very easy to get into hostel without owner knowing it, just bit worried of the safety.

Liked: Friendy people.

Disliked: It`s more like a small,simple, Hotel. My room was dark like a celar, small and allover in the bathroom and in the Aircon was black and green mud. Never saw so much befor in one place. So I get startet to get asthma again. If you like to have a kitchen it`s bad, because you can use it first from 6 p.m and you have to ask for the key at the bar. It could be loud at nighttime, cause the bar,downstairs could be open until the morning.

Liked: Excellent staff, good location with nearby parking, Alcudia Beach only 1 minute walk and old town Alcudia about 15 mins walk. Free breakfast, kitchen facilities available and no street noise from our rooms which is very rare in Spain. I really liked the good value single rooms as they're not easy to find.

Liked: Great place to stay! 5 minute stroll to the 12km beach in Alucida. Has air con and safe in each room, rooms cleaned every day except sundays, communal kitchen, & very helpful and friendly staff.

Liked: Great staff - they were all very helpful and kind. Great location - you can easily walk to the port, the beach, and many shops & bars. The rooms were very clean and nice. I was very pleased with the hostel overall. I loved my experience in Mallorca.

Liked: Britta and the rest of the wonderful staff were SO very helpful and caring, and made me feel more at home than I have at any other hostel or hotel for that matter! I loved the breakfast, the staff, and the free internet, which proved to be very helpful! I hope to be able to stay in Hostal Calma again soon!

Liked: the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, and there was free breakfast and internet. it's not beach-front or anything exotic, but you walk about 15 seconds and you're at the port and near the main strip of restaurants and such.

Liked: For not a lot of money you get air conditioning, ensuite, television. Also internet access, v. good breakfast - brown/white toast with butter/jam/honey/marmalade/nutella, fruit, orange juice, a choice of little spanish breakfast cakes and hot drink of your choice.
