Amy HoweVery clean and tidy, nice and quiet and perfect for what we needed (sleep after a long over night bus). We choose this hostel as it was easy to get the airport. It had everything we needed for our one night stay before an early flight. I would recommend it for that reason, not for location to bars or for meeting people. It was great for a peaceful evening. |

Customer reviewIt was the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in! As soon as I had dried myself, I was given a clean towel! The cleaners were lovely. |

Marina SouzaIt's a very nice hostal, close to 3 different metro stops. Helpful staff, clean and very nice rooms. Great value for money. There's a bakery a minimarket close too. I will recomend it to friends! |

Dafydd DaviesThe hostel was as described. A clean room in a good location. The private bathroom was excellent (not all rooms have private bathroom but I saw the shared ones and they looked clean and modern). We were a bit condused on arrival before we realized we had to get the lift to the reception on the 3rd floor - we should have paid attention to the signs! The hostel is near 2 metro lines, making trips into the city center and other destinations easy - buy a travel 10 to save money on the metro. Transfer from the airport using the metro is cheap (2 euros) and easy. Line 8 from the metro, change at Mar de Cristal, then line 4 to Lista. Easy walk from Lista station - cross the road and walk down past the Santander bank. Then cross this road when you are further down. There is a good bar on the corner near the Santander bank where you can sit outside and have a beer, and they brought us some free tapas with every drink. There is a mini-supermarket about 2 minutes walk from the hostel - handy if you want to prepare a picnic to have in one of the parks - Reteiro is only a couple of stops away. Also round the corner is a tabacconist. On the street that Lista station is on, there is a bigger supermarket, and some good clothes / shoe shops. The staff on reception were very helpful and their English was good. We left our bags at reception after checking-out so we could do a bit of last minute shopping in town - when i got back, my mobile phone charger that I had left in my room accidentally had been placed on my bag - excellent service. This is not a 5 star hotel, but a clean hostel which is ideal for a city break. |

Customer reviewHelpful staff, secure entry, car parking (which was expensive but safe) within walking distance of sights, metro, parks and shopping. The crowd was a little older and quieter during our stay, which made for a peaceful arrival into Madrid. |

Customer reviewWe only stayed one night and it was fine. Quieter than we thought it would be, which was good. Very small room but it had air conditioning which was great. |

Adam Glen-BottThe price, location and cleanliness are great. It's best for couples travelling together as the rooms are really private. However if you are travelling solo you will struggle to see anybody else. We didnt see anyone else from the hostel during our entire (3 night) stay. The fridge is a good idea but no cooking equipment so its almost redundant. Avoid Madrid over mid-August because EVERYONE is on holiday so no shops or restaurants are open. |
