Liked: I liked the rooms were clean (though ours smelled like smoke), you had your privacy, it was fairly well located (really close to the metro lines 6 and 2, with 2 going straight to the puerta del sol and 6 following the ring, thus connecting to ALL other metro lines) and the staff was very helpfull

Liked: The brightly tiled bathrooms and sunflowers imprinted curtains, bightens up the whole place. Receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Liked: It was so clean the rooms were fantastic, the lady on reception was super lovely the hostal is about a 3 minute walk from the metro, it was perfect for a couple of days of sightseeing and fantastic value for money. It was very quiet in the hostel i do not think there were many people staying but it was the last week in oct!

Liked: I really liked the location, it was not very far from the center in a very local area where Madrid residents live. You get a real feel for Madrid life.

Liked: It was actually in a very nice location, the walk into the central part of Sol is filled with shops and back alley shops. The hostal is clean and big. We lived in a bedroom which belong to a 4 bed apartment with shared toilet showers x2. A fridge was available to use but no kitchen facilities. Staff were kind and helpful and gave us help in sightseeing. An excellent stay and recommeded :)
