Liked: There're big living room, then we could be relaxed at there.The staff was so friendly and helpfull. They always tried their best for us.The room and share bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Liked: Very clean apartments and good room service, although no communal area or facilities for refreshments in the building or apartment, walls a bit thin and quite annoying when trying to sleep. Friendly staff and English speaking. Nice location, close to some very good restaurants, bars and shopping areas.

Liked: If you look for a cheap and clean room with limited noice and close to the metro station this is good value for money. It is not really an hotel, but an appartment divided into a living room and several separate sleeping rooms.

Liked: There is a supermarket close by and 2 metro station. It is safe and clean bathroom in room. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and very nice....always happy...

Liked: It would have been really nice had the bedding not had several miscellaneous hairs on the sheets and pillows. The sheet also had a couple of black stains on them. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Liked: The staff was really very friendly and at the reception people spoke english very well. Also the fact that our room was cleaned every day was a nice surprise. A metrostation is just around the corner and in ten minutes you're in the center of Madrid. Taxi's from and to the center were about 8 euros and to the airport it was 30 euros.
