Location was perfect! Staff was very helpful even though only a few of them spoke some english, but they were still very eager to help! Felt very safe and it was very clean, almost like a hotel! DEFINITELY recommend it. PERFECT LOCATION AND GREAT PRICE!!

Safe for someone travelling alone, very clean hostel, polite and friendly staff, excellent location close to Puerta del Sol, to Metro and to many restaurants and bars. However there is a lot of street noise.

you get what you pay for. it's not all singing, all dancing, but if you want a clean safe place to sleep then it does the job nicely. And it had air conditioning. Yay!
