Liked: very convenient location- many of the main tourist sites are within easy walking distance as are bars, cafes and restaurantThe room was basic but clean . The bathroom was small but very adequate. The hotel was quiet at night.

Liked: Fantastic location right on Puerta del Sol, and very clean. One minor issue was the tiny shower and bathroom.

Liked: LOVED THIS PLACE!! dont be put off by 'hostel' in the title its more of a hotel and excatly what we wanted! right in the centre of the city, friendly staff and room was good size and very clean!! excellent value for money!!! definately recommened this hotel to anyone!! we'll be back!!

Liked: The property was very safe and very clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It is a right next to the Sol Metro and walking distance to a variety of restaurants.

Liked: Perfect location to acces almost every tourist venue by foot (+/- 20 min walking). We almost never used the subway.

Liked: when the room was a smoking room and i asked to be moved to a non-smoking room they staff immediately offered me a new room.

Liked: The hostel was very clean, safe, friendly and in a prime location, which is great, however, there was a distinct lack of young people and atmosphere and hence the opportunity to meet new ppl and have fun was ZERO. Still V.nice place to stay

Liked: No frills but excellent hostal. Rooms are super clean and staff are very helpful. And you couldn't ask for a more central location for exploring the sights of Madrid!

Liked: Not just good, but perfect location in the heart of Madrid.All sites worth visiting are easy to reach on foot and the metro is also a couple of meters from the hotel. Nice nightlife area with good restaurants, bars and cafe's nearby. Hostel was nothing fancy, but had all the facilities you need. Hostel was clean and rooms were cleaned and provided with new towels daily. Very good value for the money.

Liked: The staff was really helpful, and their English was good enough to understand the most of it. The location was also very pleasant, in the centre of Madrid and we had no problems with the noise outside. The rooms are a little thin-walled, in the hallways you can hear people talk when they are in their rooms with the door shut. For a city trip I would recommend this hostal.

Liked: Good central location, although a bit noisy at weekend if you got a room near to the street! Clean and tidy, changed linen and towels daily. Helpful staff.

Liked: This hostel is in the best location to discover Madrid. When we arrived at Madrid airport we bought a 3day metro pass but hardly used it as we could walk everywhere. The hostel is super clean and fantastic value for money.
