Liked: This place was in a fantastic location. Right in the centre and near the main station. It is def more than a hostel. More like a B&B without breakfast. The rooms were cleaned and made up when we got there and they clean on a daily basis. Our room was also really nice and quiet. We were not disturbed (or did not hear) anyone else during the night. The staff were friendly although not much English seemed to be spoken. Not a problem as it is their country but just unusual in a hospitality business enterprise. I def recommend this place. It is great value for money.

Liked: very good location, write near the metro and SOL square. walking distance from the palace etc. cleaned every day, staff friendly, internet expensive and walls very thin though. can hear every footstep outside door. bathroom good size but somehow leaked in to room on one day after a shower! pretty average hostel, more like hotel definately. nowhere to meet people, lots of older people etc. but nothing too bad about the place

Liked: Great location! It is a little bit of an older building but very clean. The staff was helpful and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this hostel...mainly for the location! (Also it was nice to have a room with a private bathroom for a great price).

Liked: The place was super easy to find, just literally a few steps away from Sol metro station! It was really clean, my three friends and I had a private quad ensuite, and it was absolutely perfect! I didn't read the description carefully, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had made our beds while we were out (even putting my three little stuffed toys in a cute pow-wow), and gave us fresh towels! Free wifi was fantastic, pretty fast. A couple of the staff only spoke Spanish, though, so I was lucky to have a friend who spoke Spanish; however, when she left one day early, we were quite lost, to be frank. The beds were so clean, the room was a bit smoky when we got it, I think they let people smoke in the rooms or something, so we had to air the rooms for a while before it was habitable for us. It actually felt more like a small hotel than a hostel; the place was quaint, cute and you couldn't tell that we were in the middle of the city, it was so quiet at night, save the occasional noisy neighbour walking through the corridors. All in all, a great stay, thank you so much for the great service!

Liked: Great location in centre of Madrid, clean with good room service, but terrible thiness of walls allows you to hear every word spoken (and worse) by your neighbours.If that's of no worry, its a great place to stay, surrounded by bars and reataurants and the Metro on your doorstep.

Liked: The location was amazing because it was right at the center of anywhere a first time traveler to Madrid would want to see. The rooms were clean and the staff was welcoming and it felt safe, friendly, and not even like we were staying at a hostel.
