Liked: Location was perfect! Staff was very helpful even though only a few of them spoke some english, but they were still very eager to help! Felt very safe and it was very clean, almost like a hotel! DEFINITELY recommend it. PERFECT LOCATION AND GREAT PRICE!!

Liked: Safe for someone travelling alone, very clean hostel, polite and friendly staff, excellent location close to Puerta del Sol, to Metro and to many restaurants and bars. However there is a lot of street noise.
