Margaret Smalesgreat hostel for socialising and meeting new people. common room and roof terrace with pool table and gym. very close to all the main attractions and metro stops. clean kitchen and showers. nice rooms. only reccommendation would be to be very careful with your bags, especially girls, as 6 people got their bags stolen in the area in the 4 days that i was there! this is not the fault of the hostel or the area it is just a problem in madrid. the staff are very helpful and honest when giving information about the city and the hostel gives great free walking tour of the city and a pub crawl. |

Jose Gonzalez CamarenaIt is very close to subway and a few minutes away from Atocha train station. Many interesting sites are withinn a walking distance. Quiet location and well maintained.Free internet. Laundry machines.Only thing I did not like is that they allow smoking in the lounge area. |

Julia Lembrikovastaff were very nice. free internet and breakfast. it was nice that they had 4 computers and the size of the lockers were amazing. i really liked mad hostel and will definitely reccomend it as well as stay there again. |
