Liked: friendly staff. safe lockers. clean. well air-conditioned. free internet. close to metro.

Disliked: you had to pay to use the pool table. you couldnt bring your own alcohol into the common room.

Liked: Very easy to find and really good location. Breakfast is pretty lame but better than nothing, the rooms are tiny and the showers turn off after about a minute so you have to keep pushing them on again but not a bad hostel and I would stay again.

Liked: Very social, free internet and breakfast, good location, staff were really helpful. Air conditioned!!

Liked: The key was an electronic arm band so when we got mugged me could still get into our room.

Disliked: I did not feel safe when I was outside the hostel. The free breakfast was very poor. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Liked: Nice lounge area...

Disliked: The wireless never worked properly with computers that were brought by travelers. The air conditioning was out. The 6 person room was really small and extremely cramped.

Liked: only stayed overnight. staff were helpful. plenty of showers/toilets. breakfast included. place for busabout departures.

Disliked: small rooms but big lockers so no problems.

Liked: It's a nice place to stay for a short time. Room was very small but ok. If you want to sleep early and deep at night, the noisy street in front of the hotel could disturb your sleep for some hours.....! The hostel is very well located!

Liked: It was in a great location, Sol, Prado, the Palace, everything was within walking distance! I was in a 4p dorm, and it was a bit small, but the roof terrace was a nice place to hang out and meet people.

Liked: This was my first stay in a hostel dorm....in my imagination a dorm is at least larger then my own bedroom. Especially when the put 3 bunkbeds and 6 lockers into it.Aerco did not work and nether did the hairblower. Shower and common room was ok. Location is perfect.

Liked: I tell you guys what happen!!! An american old man is sleeping in the same room as me and he seemed to be never take bath and smelly! may be drink too much wine!! what he do is not closing the door after toilet, our room is facing the male toilet and i am a girl, it is really inconvenient to stay a room with men walking by the toilet and can easily saw me on the bed!!!! no privacy at all!!! when the american man compliant us to the reception staff that we want to close the door while he want to open it, the staff just ask us to calm down, may be because we are asian?!!! too bad!!!! the reception staff just said that hoste is like that, you have to live with other ppl, and i asked about no security and privacy if the door is opened at night, the staff just did not agreed with me!!! If I were you, I will not choose this hostel becoz it will not protect your privacy or security if you want !!also the kitchen is very very small, with only one electric heater, and so many ppl in the hostel!!! also you just cannot sit on the bottom bed!!! so crowded that when you are lying on the bed , you hands cannot stretch as the upper bed is just 50cm from you!!!!! can you imagine how bad this hostel is!!!!! also the toilet is bad, when you take bath, no place for you to put your clothes, and the bath room is so small that you can just turn one round after the door is closed!!!! may be 0.7mX0.7m only!!!!for WIFI, not available at room and so many ppl at the common room that you simply cannot find a seat to access the internet!!! i hate this hostel!!!!!

Liked: Great lounge downstairs. Nice people. I booked a mixed room, but was put in a room of girls who booked a female only room. I guess I got lucky.

Liked: Loved that this place had a lift up to your room albeit it was slow. Its also really close to the metro and quite clean. Would definitely come back here and stay again

Liked: It was close to a Metro stop so we could get around easily, and the common room was nice. However, at night it didn´t feel as safe walking around the area where the hostel was, and we got approached by a couple of people on our way to the building. It was in a small street and not near any of the popular , more touristy areas.

Liked: It was a lot too noisy during the night. I was sleeping in the girl dorm, without a window, and people were talking outside in the street until 3 o'clock.
