Liked: Safety Lockers in the room

Disliked: the bed size. A little bit small for big people

Liked: Placement was good, and free computers and breakfast was great.

Disliked: The rooms were pretty small. The beds were also pretty wobbly.

Liked: a 5 minute walk to plaza mayor and sol and a great place to meet other foreign travellers. Also make sure you ask how to use the key system at reception as a few of us found it tricky!

Disliked: The showers as they were small so you couldn't put your dry clothes or towel in the cubicle and nowhere immediately outside either. Apart fom that it was perfect:)

Liked: Very clean. Very safe location. I was able to rest there, what I liked.

Disliked: Moving the kitchen closing time form 22 to 24 would be fantastic.

Liked: this hostel has a greatcommon room, with a bar, breakfast is included, and its a great place to meet people from around the world.

Disliked: nothing, it was brilliant.

Liked: The hostel was great and its a great way to meet people too. It's really big and they have a huge common room. They also have free wifi and free computers so you don't have to bring your laptop. The rooms are super clean and so is the bathrooms. They also have lockers in each room with locks on it, so you can put your stuff in and it won't get stolen.

Disliked: i wish the kitchen was a bit bigger and had more hot plates but other than that it was a great place.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice hostel! Individual lockers, no fee for it, neither towels...

Disliked: one member of the staff was really asshole, he wasn´t able to check me in for almost one hour, with no explanation. Finally it had to do other member of the staff

Liked: It was quite good place to stay. The best thing was friendly staffs.

Liked: They had wristbands that worked as keyes to the rooms and lockers. We think that the system worked very well especially with the lockers. Also, the common room was comfy and the hostel had their own bar:)

Disliked: For some people the breakfast might be a bit too light.

Liked: It was very conveniently located in Madrid for me and also just a few minutes away from Tirso de Molina tube station.

Disliked: Young people making alot of noise late at night.

Liked: They provided lockers which helped a lot. Also, the luggage room was open on the day you check out until 8PM which helped going sightseeing the last day before my transportation home.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: good security, big common room

Disliked: room is too small - no place for your bags, wifi is not strong enough and alywas cut off, breakfast - you can only chose 1x cofee or tea or hot chocolate, 1x doughnuts or croissant or cereal and 1x orange juice

Liked: Location is very good. Really close to Antón Martín metro station. Walking distance to del Prado, Palacio Real, Centro de Arte Reina Sofia. Breakfast included is good. There is free internet and a kitchen. Big commun areas.

Disliked: Kitchen closes at 10pm!! (why?). I didn't have trouble with bed bugs. I found it was quite clean and safe.

Liked: I enjoyed the location and the terrace. The price was great for what you get.

Disliked: The rooms get loud at night and early in the morning. I was going out both nights and can typically sleep through anything, but was still annoyed by the noise levels. Much of the staff working at the front desk were not very nice or accommodating.

Liked: DO NOT STAY HERE- THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! Not only that, when I asked to move rooms beacuse i had been bitten they did not seem at all bothered about the fact they had bed bugs- no apology, didn´t tell new people checking into the room, didn´t organise to have the room sprayed, nothing! Also, the cleaners took my towel from my room by mistake, but the hostel refused to admit this and said I was lying and didn´t have my own towel at all! They were unhelpful at check in, unhelpful when i had a question and seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping the guests. This is the worst hostel I have stayed in and I am usually happy pretty much anywhere!
