Liked: The location was AMAZING. Also, our room was absolutely fabulous--one wall of our room was floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooked Paseo del Prado. Very clean, good value for our money. The staff literally checked us in and then ignored us, but we were okay with it.

Liked: We stayed in an annex that was in transition of renovation. Our private room with bath was large. The shower was strangely designed. The location was good as was the price, and we were able to store our luggage for several hours after check out without a problem.

Liked: amazing location and cheap. however, many things were broken. many many things. more things broke during our stay. we did meet fun people but the actual hostel doesn't really provide a place for meeting people or encourage partying. the owner seemed to rip a lot of guests off and kept claiming he would fix things that im pretty sure he never will. the location made up for a lot though, and we thought the dirtiness was kind of charming. not much english spoken by the workers.

Liked: The character of the building was lovely and the location was fantastic. It was a budget price (7 Euros less than all other hostels) and if on a budget and just wanting to stay a night i would say it was ok but any longer than a night is not good.
