Liked: Friendly staff and nice hostel. Little noisy because it is on a street with a lot of bars/restaurants. But all around great location in the city center and close to a metro to get you everywhere you need to go.

Liked: was excellently located and was able to get to everything very easily from it. alot of restaurants and bars close by to eat at and not far from plaza santa ana for eating and Puerto del sol. easy to find and cool street.wasn't loud. wasn't the greatest view from our window but all in all it was good and cheap for the location

Liked: we booked a double ensuite room and it was good and clean. the location is perfect just in the heart of the city. but they neither know english nor they want to speak.

Liked: Great room for the price, we only stayed for one night in Madrid and the great location allowed us to make the most of our time seeing sights. Friendly and helpful staff, a lot of great bars and restaurants close by, very close to metro station. No internet connection.

Liked: Please be aware that this hostel has a serious infestation problem. While resting on a bed I became aware that my shoulders and back were becoming very itchy and on inspection I discovered nine large bites. On closer inspection of the headboard which has a material covering on which I had been leaning I discovered what I believe to be bed bugs . (Please be aware that I worked for several years in a major hospital pathology laboratory had have professional experience in the identification of lice ect.) On alerting the duty managert we were moved to another room and no further problems occured through out my stay.However on booking out of the hotel very little was offered in form of compensation and the reason given for this by the duty manager was that it is a common occurance in this hostel

Liked: Very nice place, with nice location. Restaurants and Bars are within a block. Metro station is very close. The rooms are clean and they offer free wireless internet
