30 July 2009	robert reich very clean, very nice staff though their english was limited but this is typical for spain. excellent location and safe with the metro 200 feet away. the only negative was not being able to get the WIFI to work. the room was small but nice and filled all my needs.	80%

14 July 2009	Customer review Hostal Oriente is located very close to everything in Central Madrid - you could definitely walk everywhere from there! The Opera metro station also provides an excellent transport link from & to the airport as well as to the rest of Madrid. The owner didn't speak much English but he was very friendly & helped me to find a great area to eat in (being a lone female traveller). I also felt very safe there at night. The room was cleaned well everyday & although small, was very comfortable for a single. It was indeed 3*. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Madrid!	87%
