Liked: Everything is fine.

Disliked: It seems to have close connection with those free tours and restaurants, which made us feel like it is a package.

Liked: It's actually close to a subway and from the subway it's quite easy to find. The staff were friendly and helped you up with the suitcases. Which was great coz of the steep stairs and elevator. Facities were great and computers were free to use.

Disliked: Just that it was a bit of a walk to the tourist attractions but the staff gave you a map and directions to something you want to find.

Liked: friendly people, always something being offered to do and see. computer are handy and printed off my boarding pass for free!

Disliked: small rooms, not enough bathrooms for the amount of people staying in the hostel or even room to move for that matter.

Liked: Very clean and lots of good facilities. Small details like hand towels and hand wash was great. The events they organise were always fun - if you get Harriette for the walking tour expect a few laughs, very cool chick :) Couldn't rate Way Hostel highly enough, will definitely be back!

Liked: Many activities; nice common areas; breakfast was good; late checkout

Disliked: A bit loud (even though our room was the furthest from the common areas, noise echoed); wifi didn´t work well

Liked: The staff was friendly, the rooms are clearly above average for a hostel. The lounge is great to meet other people and the activities were fun. I strongly recommend the free walking tour as we had a great tour guide (Pablo) and it was interesting and funny.

Disliked: You won't get much sleep, if someone snores all night, but I guess it isn't the hostel's fault.

Liked: This was a great hostel! Great common area and the breakfast included is really good as well. Loved the free walking tour and the pub crawl was even fun on a Monday night. When I come back to Madrid I will stay again for sure.

Liked: I had a brillant stay here. Great atmoshpherem staff were great. Pablo give a free tour guide everyday which was fun and informed. I have no complaints! De Madrid al celo!

Liked: Really nice and friendly staff... the hostel is well located and you can do anything by foot they have their also team for free tours and pub crawls, really good, i definetly recomend it

Liked: The hostel is not so big, yet it was very good. Staff was very friendly and I've meet some cool people on my room. Toilet and showers are good and very clean, there's a communal room to meet other travellers and the kitchen was great. I didn't stay at the hostel during the night, but they do some parties at night. I would definitively stay at this hostel again in Madrid!

Disliked: They could put something on the floor of the bathrooms, because the floor always get soaked after taking a shower.

Liked: lots of things to do through the hostel... The free morning tour with Harriet was awesome.. The tapas tour was good too, but would have been better if there were a little less people...... The location was great. Right in the middle of everything and like 50 feet from the metro stop..... The front desk staff were super nice. They gave us great places to eat and helped us with anything else we needed..... Everything was nice and clean and I never felt unsafe for either myself or my belongings.

Disliked: 8 person room was a little tight, but not too unexpected for a hostel. Not many showers... Wasn´t really a problem but you may have to wait a couple minutes.

Liked: This was a great place to stay for our first night in Madrid. I met a lot of very interesting and entertaining people and had a great time. What's awesome about this hostel is that they make everyone feel welcome with certain activities. We went on a 3 hour walking tour as soon as we got there and our tour guide, Pablo, was very entertaining and knowledgeable. It was very helpful! And then later in the night, we went on a pub crawl, which was a lot of fun!

Disliked: Nothing! Will be back at the end of the month! :)

Disliked: no elevator present; you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the rooms. Very dark along the street at night.
