Liked: This was a great hostel! Great common area and the breakfast included is really good as well. Loved the free walking tour and the pub crawl was even fun on a Monday night. When I come back to Madrid I will stay again for sure.

Liked: I had a brillant stay here. Great atmoshpherem staff were great. Pablo give a free tour guide everyday which was fun and informed. I have no complaints! De Madrid al celo!

Liked: Really nice and friendly staff... the hostel is well located and you can do anything by foot they have their also team for free tours and pub crawls, really good, i definetly recomend it

Liked: There was something to do all the time, it was easy to meet people, the location was ideal, overall so much fun!

Liked: The hostel is not so big, yet it was very good. Staff was very friendly and I've meet some cool people on my room. Toilet and showers are good and very clean, there's a communal room to meet other travellers and the kitchen was great. I didn't stay at the hostel during the night, but they do some parties at night. I would definitively stay at this hostel again in Madrid!

Disliked: They could put something on the floor of the bathrooms, because the floor always get soaked after taking a shower.

Liked: lots of things to do through the hostel... The free morning tour with Harriet was awesome.. The tapas tour was good too, but would have been better if there were a little less people...... The location was great. Right in the middle of everything and like 50 feet from the metro stop..... The front desk staff were super nice. They gave us great places to eat and helped us with anything else we needed..... Everything was nice and clean and I never felt unsafe for either myself or my belongings.

Disliked: 8 person room was a little tight, but not too unexpected for a hostel. Not many showers... Wasn´t really a problem but you may have to wait a couple minutes.

Liked: This was a great place to stay for our first night in Madrid. I met a lot of very interesting and entertaining people and had a great time. What's awesome about this hostel is that they make everyone feel welcome with certain activities. We went on a 3 hour walking tour as soon as we got there and our tour guide, Pablo, was very entertaining and knowledgeable. It was very helpful! And then later in the night, we went on a pub crawl, which was a lot of fun!

Disliked: Nothing! Will be back at the end of the month! :)

Disliked: no elevator present; you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the rooms. Very dark along the street at night.

Liked: Great value, excellent location (super easy to access from the Metro, very central, easy to walk to major sites), always clean. Free breakfast was nice - not elaborate, but just having coffee and granola or toast before heading out for the day was a really great option. I also appreciated the free internet.

Disliked: This hostel was huge, compared to the other two I stayed at on my recent trip. That's not a bad thing, necessarily, but it seemed overwhelming, like there were just too many people around all the time. The building itself is also confusing - it took me about two days to be able to find my room without making a wrong turn.

Liked: This is possibly the best hostel I´ve stayed at in Europe. It is spotlessly clean, very secure, and everything works. The kitchen is large and new, and they also have free breakfast. Even though the hostel itself is really quiet and relaxing, they organise lots of activities every day and night so that it is easy to meet lots of people. They do a free walking tour which is amazing, and I also went on a pub crawl and a tapas night.

Disliked: The only negative thing I can think of is that it is hard to see the entrance from the street the first time you walk past - it´s easy to wander up and down the street looking for it!

Liked: Good location for touring. Kitchen and bedrooms very clean . Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent facilities all round..would recommend it as a base for other travellers.

Disliked: Because of its location it can be a little noisy at night but thats a side effect of being central so its ok.

Liked: Way Hostel is an excellent place to meet new people. It´s really a party hostel, and if you want to sleep, it depends on your roomates. Good breakfast. Excellent location, within 5 minutes you are in Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real or Museo del Prado. Free Wi- fi in the rooms.

Disliked: It can be a bit noisy at night. Also, at nicght the bathrooms are not so clean. Breakfast should be served until 11 am. Beds can be a bit squeaky.

Liked: The best thing about the hostel is that it's very easy to meet other people and that they organize some cool extras - city tour, food tour, night tour. It seemed to be a very clean place too and the showers worked to perfection!

Disliked: The mattress weren't good at all, back pain in the morning ... Also apart the kitchen the space is needing a good thinking, space is wasted and character is lost. The common room is quite uncomfortable, closing and closed at night, and the locks are mess up the space in the room.

Liked: My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Way Hostel. Superfriendly and helpful staff, great location close to the center of Madrid and to the museums. The included breakfast is enough to get you started in the morning (coffee, tea, toast, cereals), you can use the internet for free (although the 3 available computers can be occupied for a while) and there's a comfy common room to hang out.

Disliked: Just minor stuff: beds were creaking a little, the water pressure in the showers was low and at night it was noisy due to the busy street outside. Nothing one couldn't live with though.
