Liked: The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the facilities overall were as advertised. Great centrally located hostel in Madrid. This place met and exceeded my expectations!

Liked: Loved this hostel! Everything (stores, buses, etc.) is really close by and it was super clean.

Disliked: The bunks were noisy. Yeah, hostel, not hotel. I got it.

Liked: Every thing you need for an enjoyable stay in Madrid, all staff really helpful and down to earth. Clean, safe and plenty of people up for a good time. Its 1 minute walk from the Plaza Espana station.

Liked: I have stayed here before. It is quite close to the metro station (within 1 minutes walk ) The staff are great and very helpful Clean rooms and bathrooms and great kitchen.

Disliked: The only one thing i do want to say is that the washing machine is only used for cleaning the linen of the hostel. But the staff gives a great tip where to go to do your laundry.

Liked: Probably the best staff I have ever come across in a Hostel, They are fun to be around and will help you plan your day out, thanks guys had lots of fun....

Disliked: of course would be better sleep till late. 11 is a bit early

Liked: very good place. good location and easy to find, staff incredibly nice, beds comfy, a good common room with good kitchen. can't fault it at all.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Location is really close to main attractions in Madrid. I had a wonderful stay!

Liked: Nothing about the hostel itself just that it was located in such a great area of Madrid.

Disliked: Everything. The 14 beds/ 7 bunks beds were overwhelming and the room was never really clean because everyone keeps their space differently. They only have two bathroom so there is always a long line to use the facilities. The water never go really hot in the showers either. The kitchen is the only common area and it is very small and inconvenient. The bunk beds squeak so if anyone moves it makes a lot of noise. Overall staying here had many issues.

Liked: The UWI!! Very accommodating ! Friendly staff, open 24/7 and close to all amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting

Liked: Overall we had a good stay at this hostel and would most likely return if in Madrid.

Disliked: However the most inconvenient thing is that u have to check out every day from 11am to 2pm which was just inconvenient...it made sure u were out of bed early and u could actually get a lot I sight seeing in.

Liked: Its definitely a very nice place to stay :) I had a booking for 1 night but stayed more because I liked it a lot. And its close to most of the places in the city :) I would recommend this place :)
