Customer reviewyes, the rate was low price the facilities good, the hostel was so clean and specially the saff of you company was so nice ,kind, friendly and approchable. the accomodation are good nothing i can say so great. and the site is good also was so close in the tourist view walking distance only. if i will coming back in madrid i stay again in your hostel. i recommend your hostel 100 %. |

Customer reviewI like this hostel. Some Staff are friendly and nice, but some are strange and not helpful. The location is perfect. Though the kitchen is small, it is clean. The breakfast is good. Anyhow, I and my friend found bed bugs. We have still been itchy up to now. You dont have your room key, which leads to some problem. You can't lock a door, but the door sometimes lock itself. If staff (one staff) need to unlock the door for you more than once, he gonna get angry and might wake you up at night and yell that "Dont lock the door" without asking if you are the person who lock the door. This is the worst experience of the staff of my backpack life. Anyway, overall is very good. To conclude, I do recommend this hostel. |
