Liked: The hostel is well located in the center and close to a subway stop. The building itself is pretty with a wooden elevator and high ceilings. My dorm was large and clean. The staff was friendly. I would recommend it.

Disliked: The bathroom is not big but it was ok.The kitchen is a bit small and could use a few more ustensiles.

Liked: this is a great hostel and ultra convienient being right next to two subway lines. The staff were friendly but were a little lacking in tour knowledge. Nevertheless, great hostel and great views from some rooms.

Liked: I am a more "mature" traveller one might say.....and had a few concerns about stay ing in a hostel again after a few years out of the scene. United World was awesome....security was great, facilities were cleaned regularly and the staff were really helpful and informative. Great work guys, keep it up!!!

Liked: this hostel made my trip in spain i met such a great group of people there. everyone was so welcoming and friendly. specialy the staff what ever problems there were they tried there best to help. The cleaners looked like they always worked very hard and the hostel showed for it.the location was great too. therefore id recommend anyone to go there otherwise you would be missing out.

Liked: I'd recommend the hostel to people heading to Madrid, Spain. Plaza Espana Tube station is close by, the staff were always very helpful for trips and getting about. Rooms are spacious for a hostel and beds were comfy. Showers aren't special but they were hot so thats fine by me. I didn't try the breakfasts so can't comment on that. Thanks

Liked: The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and really go out of their way to provide you with advice (no exception, each staff member). Although there are other hostels that come close to the full package that this hostel offers the staff and service really make the difference!

Liked: the location was great, we loved staying in gran via, it was the best neighbourhood in Madrid. The hostel was really nice too, clan, nice staff, everybody was really helpfull and we were really happy with our stay.

Liked: Fantastic hostel - the staff was fantastic, breakfast was good, and the private room was at a perfect temperature during the cold winter days. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The hostel is in a great location in Gran Via...close to shops, restaurants, etc. You can walk to most of the major sights in the city center, and the staff are more than willing to help you with bus or subway directions to farther locations. All in all, a great hostel in Madrid!

Liked: It was amazing to stay with you guys, it is so much fun and I would recomend any backpacker to stay at this hostel. Great staff and atmosphere.

Liked: We stayed here for a longer period of time and we liked it very much. The staff is very friendly, helpful and flexible and the rooms are spacious and neat. It�s tranquil but nevertheless cosy.

Disliked: The internet connection is a bit slow, which can be frustrating. But all in all a very good place to stay!

Liked: The other guests were nice.

Disliked: The late check-in fee is outrageous. It costs as much as a bed does. The bunk beds were unstable. There were not enough bathrooms for the number of people. The location was hard to find because it is not very visible.

Liked: Cheap and the beds are comfortable. There is a kitchen to use. Bathrooms are fairly clean.

Liked: We stayed there for three nights and though it lacked a bit in the social aspect, it was a nice place to stay and the staff were very helpful! It was situated nice and close to Callao metro station and was only a short walk to Plaza del Sol. I�d stay there again...

Liked: Due to my employer I had to stay in 2 different hotels in Madrid before I got free time and was able to move to a hostel. The only loss in luxury was that there are more beds in one room now than in the hotel rooms ;) Therefore I got really nice hostel with friendly stuff - feeding me with all the little secrets I needed for some interesting days in this great city - company from other travelers,... and all this in the center of Madrid - an awesome location!

Liked: This hostels is on of the best places to stay for any traveler coming to visit Madrid. The staff are deffinitely the best, more than helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra length to help you find what you are looking for and guide you int the right direction.

Liked: Definitely would recommend! i was mainly looking for the cheapest place to stay, so when i arrived at the hostel, i was pleasantly surprised by how pretty it was. seriously. the rooms are so quaint and pretty. id totally live here.

Liked: Good hostel - very central, everything works, comfortable beds. The kitchen is a bit small, and so is the common area, but served the purpose. The WiFi was good. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again. :)

Liked: No words to describe it, JUst awesome... The only problem is that you won't want to leave... Friendly staff, great atmosphere, clean, good food in bars nearby, close to transport/town. What more could one ask for in a hostel. Stay here!
