Liked: Great price, helpful staff, good location at Plaza de Espana one minute from a Metro station and only 20-30 min walk from El Prado. The individual dorm rooms don't lock, but there are lockers for valuables and there is someone at the front door all the time to let people in and out, so I felt very safe.

Liked: It was really quite loud, there was a TV in the kitchen that could clearly be heard in the bedroom across the way. Plus there is guy directing trafic just outside the window so you get a constant stream of someone blowing a whistel, its very annoying

Liked: i stayed at the hostel with my father and my siblings (8,6,4 years) and it was great, because it had everything that we needed, the staff was extraordinarily friendly and it was quiet at night.

Liked: such a cosy place, friendly staff that will help you out with anything from maps to translating for you and directing you to a bank. go venezuela =)great loccation - couldn't be closer to the metro.
