Liked: Excellent facilities, really quiet for a backpackers. Really couldn't have asked for more!

Liked: Madrid is an awesome city and the hostel made their best to give information about it.

Liked: there is everyting you need there: warm, comfortable bed, kitchen, helpful staff

Disliked: ok, one more thing is missing: a TV room.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere especially in the small kitchen. People get together and share the whole day experiences and cook a nice meal together. Very nice experience.

Disliked: The staff should have joined us. Well, they were busy I know but would have been nice to hear about some details of the city.

Liked: it was my first time in a hostel, which was very nice. I hope hostels will be like this later on my trip too.

Disliked: I was there when some constructions were going on. Which is ok but there was some dust.

Liked: Great little hostel, friendly staff. Met a lot of cool people during the stay

Liked: Nice building right in the centre.

Disliked: The room I was in was far too small for 3 bunk beds. There was no space for luggage and only space for 2 people standing at a time. There are not enough toilets and showers for the amount of people sharing it. And one of the two bathrooms had no lock and door handle, which ment you had to leave to door open when you went for a shower or to the toilet.

Liked: The location is really good and it was a clean place.

Disliked: It was a small place with too many people. there were no facilities and everything was charged. and also there were no lockers.

Liked: Stay at United World when you are in Madrid. Very cheap, the staff is nice and give you a lot of information where to go and what to do.

Disliked: They were making reconstructions and sometimes were loud. But they managed it well, was not dirt.

Liked: Absolutely fantastic hostel- as clean as any hotel I have stayed in. Cleaner than some! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone
