Liked: The hostel is well located, rooms are nice and I met cool people there.

Liked: Great place to stay in Madrid. You can go anywhere walking and its clean.

Disliked: Nothing. Good value.

Liked: Calm place but you still meet cool people there

Disliked: I read other comments about the bathrooms. Yes, they can be crowded but you kinda expect this in a hostel.

Liked: You can always enter the room.

Disliked: There were 2 bathrooms and a lot of people who wanted to make use of the bathroom in the morning.

Liked: It's location and that is was cheap.

Disliked: The staff was not very kind and they were absent, we didin't get any information from them, there was no place to leave your luggage even when they say there is (the day of arrival we had to carry our luggage all day long) and there are not enough bathrooms for the amount of guest.

Liked: The location is just perfect! The hostel is 5-15 minutes (walking) from most of the attractions of Madrid. The staff is nice.

Disliked: There were only 2 bathrooms for around 20 people The kitchen was really small and the oven was broken. Only 2 plugs for 6 people in our room which created discomfort.

Liked: location, price, nice staff

Disliked: you can be put to a hostel located 10 minutes walking distance from the one with reception, it's not a problem, but when you are tired can be a little annoying. In order to get cheeper price you need to book online as it's more expensive at the reception

Liked: location - in the city centre!

Disliked: It was end of November and the heating was not on. Even though it is Spain, heating should be switched on at the end of the November as it gets pretty cold during night. We informed the staff several times that the radiator was not switched on, but nothing was done, nothing could have moved them from watching their movies on the computer at the reception desk. If the radiators are not working - at least hand out second blankets. We had no choice other than sleeping in our winter jackets.

Liked: Central location, very helpful staff and cheap!

Disliked: A water pipe was broken in the buildig so there was no water in the morning. I understand that is not the hostel's fault but it was very inconvenient. The receptioniost was nice, she brought some water for us somehow and we were be able to wash our faces at least.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: There are only two bathrooms in the hostel, so be prepare to wait a lot before getting a shower. And brig your towel otherwise you will have to pay. The hostel doen't have a chill out area.

Liked: The location is very convenient, metro and bus stops right outside! The bathrooms are clean.

Disliked: There is supposed to be hot water for the shower, but the night I stayed there the hot water wasn't working and the lights went out for a few minutes.

Disliked: The hostel was not that crowded so 2 showers/floor were ok. But must be annoying in high season...

Liked: Its very cheap, well positioned and full of young people.

Disliked: It was a bit cold at night. The first receptionist was a bit moody and the sign outside is hard to see.

Disliked: Yes, there are few bathrooms but if you are prepared you know from others comments so you know what to expect.
