Liked: The hostel is very near to the center and to the bus stop. All staff is very friendly and helpful, they are give you advice what is worth to see. Atmosphere in hostel is very good. Strongly recommend!

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very cozy, small atmosphere.

Disliked: The limited availability of bathrooms in the morning. Everyone queuing for a morning shower is a nightmare! Also, I was very surprised that the dorms are mixed gender. But it turned out to be not that bad as the guys in my room were either gay or very friendly. Haha. But most of all, I did not enjoy getting kicked out daily between 11-2pm for cleaning. Although I have to admit it did help me get up in the morning.

Liked: The hostel is nice! Location is very good! It’s not the best hostel I ever went but nice people, clean rooms and Madrid is great! If they don’t have room, the hostel next door is also very nice!

Liked: We ended up spending 5 days in the hostel and had an amazing time! The location was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is probably the best hostel for this price in Madrid

Liked: It's a cool hostel, very conveniently located, few steps from Callao. Friendly staff, WI-FI available in whole building free of charge. Clean and very reasonably priced.

Liked: The best room I have ever stayed in any hostels. The location is excellent.

Disliked: It's a pity that they didn't bother to change bedsheets although I stayed there for 4 nights.

Liked: Nice place to meet people, great atmosphere, very nice and helpful staff. Very convenient location and fact that open/access 24 hrs is good.

Liked: I had a great time here. It's a really good deal for what you get: clean bathrooms and showers with hot water and nice beds. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Spain.

Liked: Overall fine, but there was overbooking and I had to take a completely different type of room from what I had booked but the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was very nice and clean. Excellent location.

Disliked: Somewhat disorganized but not too much.

Liked: This hostel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was cheerful and helpful, There was always someone there who spoke English and they were well informed. The kitchen preparation area was small but more than enough. Our room was simple, uncluttered and had plenty of space.

Liked: Great stay again.Not being able to open a window was a little inconvenient but otherwise the perfect place.Best hostel in Madrid by far!

Liked: this hostel was perfect for us. the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice and helpful, and you get to meet really nice people from all around the world with whom you can eat dinner and have fun. the location is also excellent for people who want to experience madrid's night life overall, i highly recommend this hostel

Liked: Its good if you are having a big group, so that you can occupy a house in a flat. Internet is good, have kitchen also a good option to save ur money.

Disliked: You need to wear a green tag on your wrist, like you are a patient in a hospital.

Liked: Hostel was decent..cheapish, but a good place to sleep. 24hour reception was nice too.

Disliked: The elevator in the building was very old - I used the stairs as I was afraid of it stopping with me inside. Later the staff showed me where another elevator was. They should have told me about it earlier!

Liked: Great hostel with a good location. The beds were nice. The room was a bit crammed, but that's expected. The staff was fairly helpful, although there was some confusion at times. Also, be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. Good for the price though!

Liked: Location is veeeeery convenient. Very close to the metro station. There is free Wifi. The bathroom is somewhat crowded in the morning. Kitchen is basic closed at midnight.

Liked: Just normal hostel. Good for its price. Place near with metro and central Madrid. Dont use taxi from hostel. It is 30 euro to airport - just get metro or bus. In fact good place for tired tourist sleeping.

Liked: The location was good in terms of metro stations nearby... Only, sometime, if you require a temporary facility for storing your luggage until your late evening onward travels, there is no such facility there Everything else was top, I would definitely return here

Liked: Amazing location, you walk out the door and your at the time square of Madrid. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Small close atmosphere. Great place.

Liked: The location.

Disliked: The terrible attention offered by the staff. The lack of trust and the difficulty to communicate because most staff members don't speak spanish or english. Although the building is situated in a great area the hostel itself is not comfortable. Its extremely small and there is no common area.
