Liked: the building was awesome. also liked the idea for key braceletes, much more practical than ordinary keys.

Disliked: first night i slept there a huge fight broke out in the middle of the night and it was kind of scary, however im not sure this the staff's fault.

Liked: The bar was such a great place to meet people from all over the world!Hostel is also really beautiful and in a great location

Disliked: bathroom and toilets didnt smell great didnt have a kitchen

Disliked: clean but not enough, steffs dosen't care about noisy until midnight. It is realy horreble!

Liked: Nice place with lots of character. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free wifi. Awesome location, very close to everything and the bar downstairs is cool to hang out and meet other travellers

Disliked: No kitchen and rooms were a bit crowded.

Liked: Great courtyard to meet people. Excellent secure lockers. Cheap beer. Central location.

Disliked: Staff relatively abrupt and slow. (Although this is Spain, so expect it!)

Liked: easy place to meet people, nice downstairs bar and chill out area, free internet, plenty of toilets and showers so you never have to wait

Liked: Location and safe and large lockers

Disliked: Air conditioning did not work at night, and it had only one power outlet in my 14-bed room. However, the lunchroom had about 4 power outlets.

Liked: Very good quality Hostel, staff were very helpful and friendly and understanding of problems etc. Breakfast was included which made a refreshing change and the hostel seemed overall very clean

Liked: Fantastic location, within walking distance to the train station, the Prado, the Palacio Real.Pub crawls are popular and well-attended.

Disliked: Room doors are very hard to open as a lot of force needed to turn the tiny round knobs. If you only have one hand free or your hands are wet it's impossible.

Disliked: check in take like 2 hours, i went there 2 times and it was the same, to slow check in process

Liked: The staff were fantastic at helping with directions and recommendations. The activities organised such as the free walking tour and the tapas tour was very helpful and Sofia is a great guide!!! I would definitely return as I need to do the Pub Crawl and get my free Fedora with my 1 litre beer!!!
