Liked: I loved that there is a bar so you can meet other travelers!

Liked: I liked the communication with the staff... They were nice and helpful. Design of the interior is unique and provides great atmosphere!

Disliked: the breakfast was weak,.. You can choose from one croisant or a portion of cornflakes. + a glass of coffee or tee + a glass of juice

Liked: Location is awesome. And there's a good common area as well.

Disliked: Breakfast was lacking, as you did not receive as much as you want. One croissant and one cup of coffee - not so great.

Liked: very funky hostel! breakfast included, free internet, great areas to lounge and hang out, parties every night (although you´d never know from the dorms, so you can always get a good nights sleep), close to public transport and supermarket etc

Disliked: no windows in the whole place! never knew what time of day it was if youre inside, and not very good ventilation. tiny showers/toilets

Liked: Bar downstairs, lockers in each room, multiple common areas, pub crawls, good location, atmosphere made it easy to meet people

Disliked: Multiple curfews to follow, not a lot of places for food, wasn't as clean as a hotel but what do you expect from a hostel. Internet isn't the best but enough to do a daily check. No kitchen.

Liked: I really enjoyed the connextion with the parties, with 12 euros you can visit 3 discos all night long, the rooms are clean, and the location is very good too.

Disliked: Nothing. Everithing was ok for a hostel.

Liked: get place to meet other people and have a good time. the hostel bar sells litres of beer and sangera for 3.50euro (bargain!) and they have an organised pub crawl every night of the week.

Disliked: location is great for partying but not the best for food, unless all you're after is burger King and similar fast food places. had trouble finding any decent traditonal places selling tapas etc

Liked: Guys it is the best hostel ever..!!!Seriously.It is in the center,has a bar,you meet a lot of people you can hang out at the common rooms..!!!What else you want??Unless you are very peaky just choose it..!

Liked: It was only a few minutes away from Plaza Mayor.

Disliked: The staff was really unhelpful. I sprained my ankle while in Madrid, and they had no suggestions on where I could find an english speaking doctor, and the bartender was unwilling to give me ice because she thought I wanted to use it for my own drinks. It was also really dimly lit, a bit creepy. Finally, although there were lock on the doors, they were really hard to get open and the people trying to get in usually ended up waking up people inside.

Liked: Full bar in the basement and awesome common area.

Disliked: Showers require manually pressing a slow-release button ever 15 seconds, which becomes annoying. Lonely Planet mentioned this hostel had flamenco dancing, but I didn't see any. Also, staff seemed somewhat reserved and unwilling to help foreign guests. Also, WiFi only seemed to work well in the basement and then it was weak, at best. No kitchen was also disheartening

Liked: The free internet was convenient, free luggage storage.

Disliked: There was no kitchen or kitchenware, nowhere to store food, some of the staff seemed impatient (some were also nice), the showers were horrible and the bathrooms were never clean. i have been staying in hostels in Europe for the past 2 months and this hostel would have the worst bathrooms by far. not worth 20 euros. The common area was closed at midnight - seemed the hostel was encouraging you to spend more money on their services from all angles.

Liked: patio area is pretty. location is awesome, you can pretty much walk everywhere. Lockers felt secure.

Disliked: Female receptionist was incredibly unhelpful - she didnt know what tours ran out of madrid and made no move to offer advice. Also did not know much about the main train station. Was not helpful on the issue of the elusive promised wifi that was absent. The absolute worst part was the state of the toilets at night- absolutely disgusting. The showers were about 4 tiny tile space and characteristically dirty as well. Also, walls were really thin so you'll hear everything since you live around the courtyard (pretty as it may be).

Liked: I had such a great time. The bar is regularly packed and atmosphere upstairs in the courtyard is really relaxed. Kinda wish I didn't have to leave.

Disliked: The showers and bathroom were a little bit on the dirty side, but I guess that's unavoidable at these kinds of places with such a turnover.

Liked: This was one of my favorite hostels! The atmosphere was wonderful and there were a lot of other travelers to meet. The hostel offered free breakfast, free Wi-fi, and hot showers. Also, the bar on site and offered bar crawls make it a great place if you are looking to go out and have a great time.

Disliked: The doors were really hard to open.

Liked: nice events organized let me meet people and have a good time. the bar was convenient to have a drink and meet people....although they should have priced the drinks a little cheaper.

Disliked: the bathrooms were kinda nasty the rooms were kinda nasty fixing the cleanliness problem would help make this hostel a lot better.

Liked: It was in a good location to get to the sub, Plaza Mayor and there were no windows so you are in a complete time warp when you wake up from your slumber! Pub crawls everynight!

Disliked: There were cockroaches but minor detail.

Liked: Well located, nice beds and a lot of showers! They also have a nice bar and organize a pub crawl every night!

Disliked: They had only 1 electricity plug in a 14 bed dorm which can be a problem if the dorm is full!

Liked: The location was amazing, right next to the nightlife of Madrid and near the Museo del Prado.

Disliked: Very good, you can trust it.

Liked: It was centrally located and the electronic watch to tag into your room and locker were useful.

Disliked: It was too noisy and the common areas were too cold. Also in the common areas the lounges were all broken and so it was hard to sit around with people and just hang out.

Liked: Jättebra läge och smidigt system med "klockor" som nycklar! Väldigt mysigt men kanske lite nedgånget! Mysig bar i källaren.

Disliked: WiFi hade inte så bra täckning ens i allmänutrymmena. Nästan aldrig spolat i toaletterna men det kan man ju fixa själv :) Frukosten var inte jättebra!
