Liked: the hostel itself is an old palace and it's huge. even though your in a room with 10-14 people it doesn't feel crowded ever. there's always a place to hang out. the staff is super friendly and helpful. breakfast was good

Disliked: it was kinda hard to find if you didn't have exact directions because they are under construction. there are not enough power outlets to recharge your stuff.

Liked: The staff are nice. And the atomosphere is good. The locker is nice too. Near the metro which is convenient to go to anywhere else.

Disliked: There was only one socket in my room, and it is really inconvenience to re-charge my battery. There is no shelf inside the shower, so two choices: naked to come out or stuffs get wet. The limited breakfast is not good. And I got 17 bites by the flea...which I think is because of the bed...

Liked: good location just off of Calle Atocha. Really nice set up with 2 bars. Great breakfast. Free computers, but there are only 4 so you usually have to wait. Lockers in room.

Disliked: Bathroom is kinda gross and most toilets don't flush well

Liked: security system was great, you didnt need a padlock and the "hotel key" and the "key" for a locker was on a wristband that you wore like a watch.

Disliked: Nothing Had to leave early before breakfast opened at 8 to catch a flight, but they had a coffee machine in the lobby, perfect!

Liked: Nearly everything. We got our own lockers in our rooms so our valuables were safe. The showers were great and the bathrooms were always clean. Free internet access was also a bonus! I would really recommend it!

Disliked: the only things were that it wasn't self-catered, though you did get a free breakfast. and also the showers did not have somewhere to put your stuff and get changed.

Liked: Really good to meet people, became great friends with other people in our room. Great location!

Disliked: Having to go down 2 flights of stairs to use the bathroom, hard to do in the middle of the night,

Disliked: the rooms in the hostel was not clean and comfortable for relaxing, beds smell of sweat :(, in the room it was possible only sleep

Liked: Cats hostel was absolutely fantastic. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Disliked: It was in a great location, the staff was great, and I felt safe walking to and from the hostel at night

Liked: Well the building was beautiful. In the middle there is a gallery from which the majority of bedrooms come straight off and it feels like you´re staying in a Spanish palace. I know it had some kind of protected status from the government.

Disliked: There was no kitchen. I should have checked before buying food really! There is a bar serving drinks though and they do serve breakfast.

Liked: The atmosphere was quite good - you can fiend easily people to go out. Great bar!

Disliked: 10 men room without aircondition and without window (only some rooms) are not that nice. But if you're there for party i think it's quite ok.

Liked: The beautiful building.

Disliked: The breakfast was stingy and only allowed one cup of coffee. Also, I think the hostel is too big for its own good. I felt like I was staying in army barracks.

Liked: great bar, excelent location.. rooms and bathrooms okay!

Disliked: missed a kitchen and it was quiet loud at night.. but that was rather the fault of the other room-mates. AND the staff was extrtemely unfriedly!

Liked: The bar, the patio, the people I met there.

Disliked: One or two of the four computers were never working, the heater was broken in my room and no one seemed to care enough to fix it.
