Laura ThompsonI loved the amazing inner courtyard. It was really crazy looking and a fun place to hang out. It was also nice that there was a bar inside the hostel and computers with fast internet. My room was a little small for the number of beds in it, but it wasn't bad. |

Customer reviewI really enjoyed its place, the way that the staff treat guests. It has a friendly atmosphere and it definitely worth the money you pay for it. I will surely go there next time. |

Jaran NilsenOne of the best hostels I've stayed at. The atmosphere is great, so easy to meet new people. They serve you breakfast in the morning (if you're up that early), and arrange bar crawls in the evenings - which were a blast. If you're going to Madrid, this is definitively the place to stay. |

Customer revieweverything is good in terms of the money you paid. they have a special key for door and locker, very safe. still the air conditioner is too strong, my boyfriend gets cold after stayed two nights there. and there are lots of people smoking in the cafe in the lower floor(but it seems people smoke everywhere in madrid) |

Customer reviewThe best things about this hostel was the fact that you got good value for money. The location was excellent, close by to a Metro stop and in central Madrid. I also felt safe and comfortable during my stay there. Checking in and out was problem free and the bathroom facilities were pretty good. The lockers are massive, so great for storing heavy baggage. |

Customer reviewI have travelled 3 times around the world and stay in many, many hostels and this is one of the worst I have ever been too, because all they care is about the money they made and forget that the travellers who stay there are human beings. They wanted to take the 10 euros deposit of the key because I checked out 1 hour late due to sickness. It was hard for me to make them understand that I wasn´t over staying on purpose. There was a girl on duty the 17th of July at 1pm who was especially unkind. After, they refuse to keep my luggage in the store room. It is a pity and sad for me to say this because I am Spanish and I feel ashamed about this place. On the other hand, the showers at the begining had cold water and after warm but never really hot, and there was no place inside them to put your things, outside there is a metal shelf but too high for women who are about 1,80 m told, which is not the average. |

Customer reviewReally great hostel, good location, good value for money. Kitchen and common areas very well equipped. Hostel provides daily activities for travellers, many were free. Only complaint was that room was very hot and fan did little to help with the heat, some rooms had air con, others didn't. |

Tim LanderyouSomething going on almost every night. The common room and bar were a great place to meet people and visit in the evening or at breakfast. Breakfast was included but wasn't much to talk about. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place, one of the cleanest hostels I stayed in in Europe. |

Customer reviewwe came for breakfast at 5 minutes to 10, we had to wait for the woman to serve two guys infront of us, then she started shouting at us telling us it was closed, even though she saw we had arrived with in the time allocated, she was very rude to us after this. Other than that this place was pretty good, not one of the bast places I've stayed. |
