Customer reviewThe atmosphere was great. It was a very fun place although also very difficult to sleep. My experience with the staff was mixed. The man in the evening was lovely and very helpful but the girl in the morning was very rude and dismissive which left a bad taste in my mouth after a nice stay! |

Customer reviewThis hostel was extremely fun and always active. The cave is actually pretty fun and I met people there both nights to go out. Plus, the hostel is a walk (albeit a long-ish one, but I like walking) from everything and is close to a metro stop if you prefer that. The front desk staff was helpful and spoke english. If I go to Madrid ever again I'll be back! |

Customer reviewReally nice hostel. Gorgeous courtyard inside. Rooms were nice, locker for everyone. Wristbands as key which were a little hard to get the hang of. Very good location and bar downstairs where there was often a bit of dancing |
