Liked: this hostal was excellent, we stayed in january, so hardly peak season but i asked for a double room and got a whole apartment with well stocked kitchen!!! staff were very helpfull and make you feel comfortable and secure. the location is outstandind, as good as it can get.

Liked: La localización, esta en el puro centro de madrid, haciendo muy sencillo desplazarse. Además el personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo.

Disliked: Los primeros días no llegaron a cambiar las toallas al piso.

Liked: the room was so clean. it seems very new or lately reformed. located in the middle of the city, near to the San Mighel Market. so nice.

Liked: 24 hour free WiFi available in room Very convenient location. Within walking distance from all the tourist spots. Clean. Hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo provided.

Disliked: There's no kitchen.

Liked: Was great! It was very clean: The staff were friendly and it was right downtown in the Center of everything. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean, economical place to stay.

Liked: We were very fortunate to be given a very big apartment with a kitchenette The location of this hotel is superb! Just a few minutes from metro Sol stations..because we like it so much we extended our stay for another day We highly recommend this to the others....

Liked: The location is perfect...

Disliked: The staff was unhelpfull and they tried to change the conditions being there. The checkin is at 13hrs. and there no place to wait.

Liked: Te hotel is in excellebt location, the stuf very helpful and friendly! Very clean and tidy

Disliked: We booked a bedroom for three people but it was a double bedroom just another bed was added, it was a bit crowded

Liked: Wonderful staff, rooms are beautiful and it was spotless. I was offered an upgrade to a suite that was like having my own apartment for only $10 euros, it was quite a bargain. The suite had a full kitchen, balcony and washing machine. It is really more like a hotel than a hostel. Great location, you can walk to restaurants, stores, metro, very central area.

Disliked: Not much; it is a great place. Only thing to note is that I saw the twin single room (the room I was originally booked in) and it was a nice clean room, but it did not have a kitchen and there is not a central kitchen for the hostel, so you would have to eat out, and there is no breakfast included.

Liked: HUGE apartment, fully equipped, great location, nice people at the reception (open 24/7), and the most important thing - GREAT value for money. hope to stay there again next time in Madrid. It's a really great place!

Liked: It was the most unique hostel I've been in. We got to stay in what seemed to be a furnished apartment and could have lived there for a year it was so great. The location is more than I could have hoped for. Very centrally located. Super friendly and accomodating staff too. I would stay there again for sure.

Disliked: No computer lounge, only downfall!

Liked: The location was fantastic - just 1 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. As you walk in - it does not look like much - however once we got the antique lift to our room we were very impressed! The room was, large, spotless & tastefully decorated... But the main thing was location, location, location!

Liked: right in the centre of the city an easy walk to everything. room was clean and aircon worked well. Friendly hotel staff

Disliked: plumbing noises very loud through walls especially noticeable when someone decides to shower at 11.00 at night. my bed had a few springs that needed fixing. having to go out for breakfast (even though there was plenty of choice nearby)

Liked: Great position: 30 sec walking from Puerta del Sol! They didn't have the private double room I booked so they gave me a four-person apartment at the same price! Great staff!!

Liked: Location is great, we had an apartment that had a clothes washing machine, which was a bonus after travelling so long, for the price you paid very outdated!

Liked: Very friendly staff, spoke English. Location cannot be beat! Felt safe no matter what time of the night.

Liked: The room was big, clean, had its own bathroom with hot water. It was actually like a hotel room. Although in the heart of the city, no noise bothered us at night or in the morning.

Disliked: Not much fresh air, there was not good ventilation and the kitchen smelled gas.
