Thomas HancockI paid for a double ensuite room but once I checked in they upgraded me to an appartment on the top floor. Very well decorated, complete facilities and very comfortable. The appartments I'd reccomend to anyone who can pay over the cheaper hostel rates to stay in a professional atmosphere. |

Customer reviewIt is right bang in the centre of Plaza Mayor which is hub of tourist activity. The rooms are very neat and clean, staff is very cordial and helpful. The areas is very tourisy, and comfortable, it is a place to stay in madrid. |
