Liked: Provide breakfast. Good Location.

Disliked: Kitchen close at 10pm, need to pay 2 EUR/hour for using the desktop, we booked a 4 beds dorm and it turn out with 6 beds inside. On the check out day you are required to pay 5 EUR extra if you want to use the common area and kitchen.

Liked: Friendly atmosphere. Clean. Location is PERFECT! Middle of everything. Look out your window to historical madrid. Use opera metro stop.

Disliked: Room got hot at night which was weird because it was cold outside. Problem was solved by propping door. Puerto del sol is in the heart of madrid so the street noise is very loud. Do not forget ear plugs and a night masks (for the hostel mates who have varying sleep schedules). These problems are minor

Liked: The hostel has a A-location which is very close to Metro, restaurants, shops and many sightseeing sites. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in giving an interesting overview about the city and which place should visit. The facilities are new and spacious, the breakfast is well served. I will stay here again if i am back.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Friendly staff, excellent atmosphere, perfect location. Included breakfast was great and they didn't rip you off for locker rental (2 euro). Very clean.

Disliked: No complaints, it was great.

Liked: Te rooms were nice and spacious. Ours had only single beds, which was a nice break from squeaky bunk beds. Good kitchen. Breakfast was basic but free. Wifi worked well throughout the hostel.

Disliked: Common area was very small. Only rely pushed being social and going out on the weekend.

Liked: Amazing shower pressure!

Disliked: A little noisy at night but not to bad. Lockers in room 1 cannot be locked with a small padlock, large one required - this can be hired btw.

Liked: Location, bathroom, kitchen, common room. View from the small balcony. Friendly staff.

Disliked: The matress was a bit uncomfortable. No electrical outlet in the room, just one in the bathroom and some in the common room.

Disliked: though the location is soooo good, but the space is kinda crowed.

Disliked: too stuffy when the other tourist closed the door/window thus depriving fresh air from flowing in.

Liked: Easy to find, good location.

Disliked: The door to our room had a lock, but the lock didn't work. Also, the fan in the room didn't work, and it was quite hot.

Liked: The hostel let us drop off our bags prior to our check in time, which was very convenient. It is also located right near the Opera metro station & the Puerta del Sol metro station, which makes it ideal for easy transportation to key sights in central Madrid. The staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Disliked: There were no towels for drying off your hands in any of the bathrooms or in the kitchen. But otherwise, the hostel was excellent.

Liked: location, good amenities, helpful staff, safe & secure location

Disliked: wifi was weak in parts, no 24 hours reception, kitchen closes 10am-2pm, you cant even access your own food!!

Liked: the rooms were good and so were the bathrooms that got cleaned often. lovd the location!!!!

Disliked: a small kitchen to preapre meals, but the location is good you wouldnt want to spend any time there!

Liked: Location was great.

Disliked: Not the nicest place. Kinda dingy, washrooms aren't all that pretty and neither are the rooms. The place just has an overall kinda dirty feel to it.

Liked: hmm, nothing special

Disliked: The bathrooms where dirty and the beds. The place felt small and cramped and the staff werent unfriendly just didn´t go out of their way to help. Everything has an extra charge.

Liked: The location was excellent.

Disliked: The staff didn't really seem to care about recommendations or problems, and in fact didn't actually know much about Madrid. Am pretty sure we found about more about Madrid in three days than the staff who work there know. The common area is very small. Breakfast is average.
