Hostel is really great located hovewer when it comes to 11 o`clock u have to leave kitchen as it is closed and main lights ion rooms are closed. There is one bathroom with few showers for all inhabitants. Hostel is really nice but just to sleep only. Brekfats is OK, bathroom was a bad experience. If u care about money and want to sleep only in hostel and go out it is OK.

It was very good hostel, but 12 people room was too small. There was no space for put my things. Otherwise, it was very nice.

good location, but during my stay, a bunch of school kids were running around screaming after midnight, and none of the staff did anything.

I loved the location close to the metro, el palacio real and several places to go to at night.

With the exception of an excellent location, nothing. Was extremely noisy with a bunch of brats screaming and dashing down the corridors at night and in the wee hours of the morning. Couldnt get a good night's sleep. All facilities require additional payments, even have a ridiculous rule of paying extra 5 Euros for using the hostel common area after checkout. This makes resting just before leaving Madrid in the later part of the day impossible. They should really learn from the Oasis chain of hostels in Seville and Granada. Impeccable service and experience there.

Such a nice place and helpful and friendly staff. The room for 12 people is a bit noisy sometimes in the night but otherwise it was great!

Very nice common room, easy to access internet, good place to meet people from all over, can either kick back and relax or go out partying with the Mad Pub Crawl. They respect quiet hours. Lockers were great to have in the room. Breakfast was decent quality and meager but it's Europe. Was not a fan of the showers, recommend bringing flip-flops – hair bits hanging from the faucets and all over the floor. We felt the staff was quite aloof and unfriendly on the weekend. We're an American couple (I heard we just beat their soccer team...).

This was the first hostel I ever stayed at, and my first time in Europe. I couldn't have asked for a better first time hostel experience. The location is supurb for seeing Madrid's sights and experiencing the nightlife, the price was very reasonable, the staff was very friendly and spoke good english, and my stuff could be safely stored in the lockers. There was a bit of a funky smell in the room on my first night, but that's to be expected in the heat of summer. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast sucks...only bread and butter and jam. The rooms are hot. They have a rule at the front desk that they can only turn two rooms' air con on at a time so they are all off and on all night and you wake up accordingly. My friend didnt sleep straight through the night on any of the four nights here. My camera was pickpocketed out of my closed purse on the Metro...so be careful. The ladies that own the place arent the nicest and sometimes border on rude to the guests.
