Liked: One of the best hostels I've ever been to (and I've been to quite a few!). The location is absolutely fantastic. I could go anywhere without using the metro. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Met lots of interesting people. Cosy atmosphere. And most importantly hot showers were actually hot 24hrs!!

Disliked: Nothing to complain about really.

Liked: good location, nice, clean dorms.

Disliked: Not all staff very helpful. Not always someone at reception. Key system not as good as most hostels. Some organized activities would be great.

Liked: The location is perfect - various attractions in just a few minutes of walk and two metro stops make it was easy to visit. Free 24/7 access to Wi-Fi is another plus that I really liked. It's also very easy to meet people and the staff is nice and helpful.

Disliked: Sleeping is not the easier thing to do with all the noise coming from the street below but it's a small price to pay - besides, after a day spent walking around and a night out, most people just tend to fall right asleep. Also, take note that the breakfast finishes at 10 - not 10:15 like they say it does and that you will not be allowed access to the kitchen if you are late.

Liked: The place was clean and central.

Disliked: Was'nt great for meeting people and although everyones experience will vary on this I just found it to be a place where there was'nt a great community feel, infact I hardly saw anyone at all in the lounge area.

Liked: Perfect location, friendly staff and very clean hostel.

Liked: Very clean. Spacious washrooms. Shared rooms with no bunk beds. Large kitchen. Good location - right in the centre of spain, and near 2 major metro stations.

Disliked: Mixed washrooms and bedrooms. Not enough information about what was going on in the city.

Liked: The staff were nice and the hostel was clean and comfortable, i booked a room of 8 and they placed me into a room of 4 beds ( which were not bunk beds) so that was good and it also had its own ensuit there was a very large kitchen wich was clean and had heaps cuttlery and plates, and the free breakfast in the morning was very good

Disliked: the only thing i can say was that the hostel wasnt ver lively

Liked: Really cant beat the location! Very friendly staff :)

Disliked: only 4 showers for everyone (2male, 2 female) & 3 toilets. But i was lucky to not have to wait long.

Liked: It was great! my flight got in late so we didn't get there before midnight (the office closes at midnight) so we had to find somewhere else to stay our first night in madrid- but other than that it was wonderful! it was my first time in a hostel and i was super nervous about it- but i am so excited to travel and stay in another! the staff was great and i made some wonderful friends!

Liked: Nice and very friendly stuff, very clean room with a comfortable bad. Room was not overcrowded with beds and it felt more like a hotel. My room had in suite shower and toilet. Hostel is very secure-it is located on the fourth floor of premium location (right next to Sol station) and everyone gets a key to front door and room. Breakfast is served and included in price. All hostel is very clean

Liked: Nice friendly hostel, good place to meet people. Great location, very central and close to all attractions. English speaking, friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Due to the location very noisy at night due to noise from street. Not really enough toilets to go round.

Liked: This is a great place to meet people, it has a lovely and very laid back atmosphere. It has nice rooms and a lovely breakfast that is included in the price. Staff is helpful and friendly, and speak good English. The location couldn't possibly be more perfect, in the middle of everything. Large lockers and good beds. Only downside is that there are no computers to check email etc. There is WiFi though. Talked to the owner but she said that for some reason they are not allowed by the authorities to place the computers... Yet there's a cheap internet café not far of. This is definitely the best hostel I have yet stayed in in Madrid, and I will absolutely stay here again in the future.
