From airport, main train & bus stations take underground:
Take (lines 2 & 5) to the Opera Station.
Once you get out of the metro station you will be in Plaza de Isabel II (or Plaza de Opera). Try to find Arenal Street (a wide pedestrian street) Walk up the street and find number 26th on you left hand side.

From Puerta del Sol:
Walk down the Arenal street toward Plaza de Isabel II (Plaza de Opera) - We are en Arenal Street, 4th floor on your right hand side.
