Liked: A localização fantástica e o conforto e qualidade das camas e a limpeza diária dos quartos é uma das principais vantagens deste hostel.

Liked: We booked a double room with private ensuite and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room (one floor up from reception). It was very clean, new and well presented. The location was excellent and while there was a bit of street noise, it was relatively quiet for Madrid accommodation. The staff were pleasant and bathroom facilities very nice.

Disliked: Wireless was almost non-existent in our room.

Liked: Generally, It's good place to stay and going out for sight seeing & shopping. Close to supermarket, metro and shopping area.The location is perfect due to motro blue line which stop at Gran Via is directly connect to main train staions (Atocha & Charmartin)

Disliked: I booked double room ensuite and got room on 3rd floor, building without lift so we have to carry all our heavy stuff up stair. But staff, she is really helpful offer us to carry our bag up to our room. And metro Granvia DO NOT have elevator or lift. From airport to hostel, you have at least 3 transfer to get to hostel.

Liked: Close to everything. Plaza Mayor. Sol. Everything. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. LCD television in the room. Heat wasn't turned on, but didn't get too cold. We stayed in a private room with private bath. shower stall was small, but water was always hot. The tolilet ran with a motor, so it kind of made the bathroom smell a bit. Very clean overall.

Disliked: Quite noisy at night, not from the other people, but from the street outside. After about 0200 everything quieted down, but very noisy up till then even on a Monday night.

Liked: Everything! It was incredibly central, just a step from Gran Via. It was amazing value for money, cleaned daily, safe and secure, lovely old building. I would wholly recommend it.

Disliked: Nothing at all. The only slight issue was the street outside was a little dodgy at night. But we never actually had a problem. I have nothing at all bad to say about the hostel.

Liked: It is a hotel not hostel! Comfort, great service everyday cleaning, very helpfull staff, great location

Liked: Very clean. Friendly Staff. Pretty good location.

Disliked: Very noisy at all hours, Garbage man comes at 12:30 in the morning everyday. Lots of prostitues along the street where hostel is.

Liked: A deux pas de 2 lignes du métro et de Gran Via, où l'on trouve tous les magasins. On trouve un supermarché très pratique à proximité (le Corte Ingles).Très tranquille, propre et accueillant.

Disliked: Salle de bain un peu petite.

Liked: The room we had was very clean and the place was nicely decorated.

Disliked: We had a room with windows facing the inside courtyard. Any noise made from the family on the ground floor or drunk travelers coming home from the clubs really carried loudly to our room. We didn't have any noise from the street so I think the quality of sleep you get just depends on who else is staying at the hotel when you are.

Liked: The location is perfect - right in the center of town. The rooms are really nice. Have TV, air conditioning, towels, fresh sheets, everyday cleaning - all in all really cool. Apart from that hostel guests have two free tours around Madrid in the offer.

Disliked: There was no kitchen, and some rooms are from the patio side so a bit dark, but apart from that it was great.

Liked: Location was great and the room was kept pretty clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Disliked: The shower stall was very tiny and made it a bit difficult to take showers.

Liked: The location was good and the guy with the neck scarf who works there was very willing to help and suggest things to do in Madrid although we only say him once in our five days.

Disliked: The free Internet was useless. Kept dropping out and was so slow when it did work. The door to the bathroom didn't close and the electric toilet made a loud noise every five minutes. The air conditioning unit leaked onto the shelf below.

Liked: Very clean, great position (and I should know, I lived in Madrid previously)and generally had all the mod-cons needed including comfy beds and a little kitchen in the apartment rooms. One of the nicest hostels I have stayed in.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The area was very central. Felt safe

Disliked: The room was too small and the bathroom was way too small....especially the shower.

Liked: Clean and tidy. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Very close to the Grand Via.

Disliked: The mere disadvantage of the location is the noise on the street late at night. Drunk guys may stroll around yelling out loud.

Liked: It s right on the middle of the city and the room s like a hotel room.

Disliked: There s nothing apart from the room. AT ALL!!!!! the reception s just to check in and out. Anyway, if u dont wanna meet people, or any of the usual hostel facilities, just a nice hotel room, it s ok.

Liked: Everything = location, service, cleanliness, value for money.

Disliked: I did like absolutely everything, maybe location is not the luckiest one, since those 70 metres to reach Gran Via are through the narrow street passages overfilled by prostitutes. But i loved to stay there, maybe somebody can find it quite disturbing, for me no problem. Hotel was perfect!!!
