Liked: It is really located in city center, near everything. I would recommend to staff and owners to introduce something like breakfast as an additional service to make it more competitive on the market. It was very clean. It is a good place for people how wants to rest after long day, no people screaming everywhere at the middle of the night. Of course, for people who like more hanging around kind of places not really a choice.

Liked: The service was great and the decor is very nice. The staff was very helpful in pointing out places to go. It would've been nice if we got airconditing in the room, which I think the web says they have but we didn't cuz it was a bit hot in madrid, but everything else was great. The laundry service, WOW. for 5 Euros you get a load of laundry washed and folded for you, which if I went to wash myself it would cost me way more then that.

Liked: Little rooms but very clean. Good service for the price you pay. Next to centre of the town, but the neighbourhood was a little bit creepy.

Liked: It was more than I could ever hope for. It was a steal too! Paying for the price of a hostel and getting hotel like atmosphere and facilities. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Liked: Nicely renovated, super friendly and clean, central location. Only downside is the nightlife (and business) on the street outside which can make for some noisy nights. Some of the (bath)rooms are pretty small, but hey...For this price..

Liked: Very clean and pretty near Grand Via metro stn. Only thing is perhaps the sign could be a little larger, coz it wasn't that obvious. We walked past it without noticing it at first. Staff very friendly and made good dining recommendations. Cheers.

Liked: While we only stayed here for one night, we were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, big, and the bathroom was spotless. The guy at the desk (apologies, can't remember his name) was super helpful and knew his way around time. And to top it off, it was cheap! Would definitely recommend it.

Liked: The room we had was very nice and clean, with its own bathroom. It was cleaned every day, and we also received new towles when we needed them. The location was a big plus, just of Gran Via. The staff was also very friendly and helpfull.

Liked: While the WIFI didn't work, and the shower had some serious problems, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were extraordinarily helpful!!

Liked: this apartment for 4 was located in a fantastic location, just of the main st GRAN VIA, close to a couple of metro stops making it simple to get around the city as well as too and from the airport!the staff were excellent, great knowledge about madrid, happy to share with you their tips about what to see, where to go etc.Clean and tidy, modern apartment, spacious, plently of hot water, and tvs in all bedrooms!great value for money is travelling in a group!thouroughly recommed this place and definaltey will stay here again!!well done stadmadrid!
