Customer reviewI felt really safe in this hostel because they require you to show the metropol hostel card they give you when you check in everytime you come into the hostel before they give you the key. As small a detail as this is, the water bottles they had for purchase at the front desk were a wonderful thing... you didn't have to go out and find a store late at night to get water if you were thirsty. The location was absolutely wonderful - a straight shot to Sol. An overall wonderful experience! |

Customer reviewexcellent location right across from gran via metro, great if u dont know yr way around or are going to airport next day. very very good value compared to other places. its not exactly amazing but i found the beds really comfortable & yr not in a bunk, plus its ensuite. horrible scratchy wool blankets tho dont like them! |

Gabriel LupoIt's very well localized right in center of Madrid (although there were some prostitutes inthe streets, but nothing that disturbed). At night there was a lot of noise from the street, so if you want to rest it's definitly not a good place. But the staff was really nice, the bar superb, and considering there is free internet and breakfest it really worth its price. |
