Susan UllrichVery friendly staff, but the hostel is literally right in the middle of the city, so if you actually want to sleep, it's not the best. Though to see everything, it's wonderful. |

CAITLIN STEVENSThe staff is very pleasant. The size of the rooms and the inclusion of a bathroom for each room is EXCELLENT. The bar was EXCELLENT. The location was really easy to work with. I had read some reviews that talked badly about the many prostitutes outside. Honestly, for Madrid its not bad and its actually really hard to tell which ones are prostitutes. They don´t bother people at the hostel at all. |

Customer reviewthe staff at the hostel were really friendly, and were willing to help with whatever was necessary. the location of the hostel is really good, the metro stop is right in front of the hostel, and the bar/club area was within walking distance too, you were able to go anywhere easily from the hostel. the funny thing is, its located next to the hooker street, but we made a joke out of it and spent a few hours watching hookers on the prowl. |
