Customer reviewfriendly and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, clean, free Internet and wifi, laundry place. Great value for your money! Loved the place. After travelling around Europe, one of the best hostels I stayed at. I very much recommend it. The only downside I could think of is if you're a light sleeper then the noise from outside may bother you... It didn't bother me at all though. Hope this helps. |

Customer reviewThe staff, especially he bartender, seemed like they were annoyed whenever I asked for anything. Despite having a bar, I found that there weren't ever really people around to meet, and their 30 minute auto-logoff on the wifi seems silly. While I was there, also, a camp of like 30 kids basically took over the hostel, which ruined the backpacker vibe. |

Justin LewisCouldve been a better experience except there is major street construction in front of the building. No AC in the rooms. Bar was awesome and reasonably priced. Good location. |

Ronny DehaiesPerfect location in city center, good value for the price and you have a very good breakfast.. However is missing air conditioning in summer it is extremely hot in the room and it is noisy (but it is forgivable in respect to the location). This hostel is perfect if you want to spend a few days for a cheap price in Madrid city center. |

Customer reviewBreakfast was good, athough no ham or cheese was included. AND one more thing. Location is GREAT but there are prostitues on the Gran Via 24 hours!!! Police is around for the most of the time so nothing to worry about but yeah....they are there. Infront of the Mc Donalds, rite next to your Hostelentry ...along the whole shopping road!!!! That was kinda funny and akward but they harmless ;-) |

Customer reviewBueno en general,aunque ha fallado mucho en las habitaciones en concreto,la litera hacía mucho ruido con moverte un poco y el colchón estaba pidiendo a gritos un cambio,estaba lleno de bultos y era bastante incómodo ( y yo no soy muy estricta para buscar un sitio donde dormir...) |
