Liked: Great location, right in the center, next to Sol. The staff was helpful, but definitely let us have our privacy.

Disliked: There is no communal kitchen

Liked: clean. excellent location

Disliked: did not feel like a real hostel as there is no kitchen or communal area. wifi signal very weak in our room. staff does not speak english. security of rooms questionable.

Liked: Excellent location right in the centre of Madrid. The hostel was very clean and secure and the staff are very helpful.

Disliked: The hostel is very quiet which suited my trip as it was a quick family city break, however, if you are looking to travel with friends and meet other travelers I would recommended trying another hostel.

Liked: everything is alright....the location is good...very close to the main area!!

Disliked: The wifi router of the internet doesnt work..there are 2 router...the 2nd one doesnt work..so I had to go to the front of the building to be able to accecss internet by using the main router!! its a family run hostel...but all of them cant speak english..so..dont expect any help from them!

Liked: Everything at walking distance, clean/decent rooms, airconditioning, very good price (paid 22.50 pppn for a double room of hotel quality). Nice view from the balcony

Disliked: We slept on the streetside which made it very noisy. Hostel/hotel was quiet though.

Liked: room was super nice and location was really good

Disliked: staff doesn't really speak english. it'd be good to know some basic spanish...AC in my room wasn't really working but it wasn't too bad.

Liked: Nice friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioned room which was quiet and clean. Great location (close to Sol Metro).

Disliked: No lift.

Liked: It's in a great location, and extremely close to many points of interest (Puerta del Sol, Mercado San Miguel, Calle Mayor, etc). The room had A/C, which is a plus in summer time. Very fair price for what you get.

Disliked: There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of baggage be prepared to climb some stairs. The hot water in the shower was intermittent. The room I was in was also very loud, as I could here people walking by the hallway.

Liked: My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The room was a good size, with private bathrooms and a balcony. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The airconditioner worked efficiently and we felt very secure with our own set of keys for the room. I highly recommend this hostel.

Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: Its a well located hostel, near Puerta del Sol end Plaza Mayor, with a 20 min walk to the major madrid's attractions. With friendly staff it is comfortable and quite. I personally recommend if you go to madrid for a 3 day journey.

Disliked: The room was a little bit small but nothing you can't live with.

Liked: Clean private rooms in a great location. Manager is very sweet, but she only speaks Spanish. If you can speak some Spanish with her, you'll probably be able to get more helpful tourist information. No communal kitchen, fridge, microwave.

Disliked: Alice left no negative feedback.
