Customer reviewIt was clean cozy and safe. We had a private 4 bed. Staff was more than helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic! Its not a party place but very affordable, clean and great location. Bathrooms were really nice and clean as well. Free WiFi. |

Customer reviewThe bed was comfortable to sleep in, but the sheets were dirty, the balcony doors didnt lock or shut properly, the door was opened when out of the building while my belongings were in the room, it is in a very noisy area midweek, and is quite hard to find for the first time. |

Chad GallionSo they originally messed up or reservation and didnt have a room for 6 of us ready, but they did a great job of getting all of us rooms and discounting the stay. The staff was so helpful, and the hostel was very nice. |

Maartje WillemsThe location is great, also friendly staff. The building was under construction and difficult to find in the street. In the night a lot of noise from other people in the hostel. Ask for a room with window we sleep on a room without a window and is was very hot in the room. |

Customer reviewThe best thing is the location and the price. You should be aware of the fact that at least single rooms are small and without windows, which means a very hot room (no aircon, no fan). Friendly staff but he was only speaking spanish. |

Gabriela RapiejGreat location in the heart of Madrid. You can get by feet to many places worth seeing. Near metro stations. Cheap, clean and friendly. Wonderful views from the windows, kind staff, comfortable rooms and nice bathrroms. |

Customer reviewThe location was excellent, the bathrooms were clean and the staff was generally helpful. I didn't like that they gave the three of us just one set of keys, though, so we had to leave the keys at the reception and disturb the staff at all hours if we wanted to get in. |
