Disliked: security of the rooms depends on your roommates locking the door. automatic locking would be far better.

Liked: Great, helpful and really friendly staff. Really nicely decorated and clean. Great place to meet other travellers and they organise bar crawls. Awesome hostel would definately stay there again when goin to Madrid!!

Disliked: Was a little bit hard to find from the street but that's just bein picky

Liked: It was individual, simple but had alot of character. The rooms were bright and clean with a nice view of the street below. The staff were so welcoming and seemed to really want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Disliked: No dislikes it was perfect for it's purpose and more.

Liked: -Fantastic staff that was able to offer tips and suggestions. -Lovely kitchen area for cooking your own food. -Community room for socializing over TV/movies. -6 computers to keep in the loop with your social life back home.

Disliked: -Showers not very appealing (tiny, not the cleanest).

Liked: Great location, easy to find from Plaza del sol, good kitchen with grocery nearby. Reception is open 24 hours/day even though hostelbookers gives hours.

Liked: perfect location, very nice and helpful staff, a lot of showers and nice common areas

Liked: First of all, it's a great place to meet people. The way the Hostel is organised provides a frequent contact with other travellers and thus makes it easier to talk with other people. The staff is great, and were always available to help, despite the fact that the Hostel was completely packed that week. The facilities are almost brand new (first floor facilities are way better than the 2nd's), have everything you need, and are cleaned everyday. This is the best Hostel I've stayed until now. You'll love it!

Disliked: The Hostel is located on two floors of a housing complex, so they share floor and ceiling with other people. Be aware not to make noise when arriving late at night. (Btw, those tiles at the entrance are not very welcoming…)

Liked: The location was great and the rooms are big. It's easy to meet people. It's very clean usually. There are a lot of computers to use and the hostel organizes nice events like tours and pub crawls. The staff are nice.

Disliked: A lot of my clothes got ruined when the hostel did my laundry. The air conditioning is much too cold.

Liked: Great location and great place to meet people. There's a nice kitchen and living room area to watch tv/movies. There were several computers that you could use anytime. Staff was very helpful.

Disliked: Drunk people coming in and out of the room all night long and being very loud (but that is no fault of the staff here).

Disliked: Scarsa pulizia. Lenzuola e cuscino sporchi. Stanza piccola. Armadietti piccoli. Pochi bagni rispetto al numero di persone. Lo sconsiglio.

Liked: The staff were friendly and overall there was a good atmosphere; firendly and fun people! I enjoyed my stay here. They really help out with ideas of what to do in Madrid. O yes, and it is in an amazing location!

Disliked: Can't think of anything, but just beweare, it is in an apartment building, so you won't sopt it from far and then you will have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs.. but once you're there, it is all good :)

Disliked: Full of mess and loud people. Noise until late.. I wanted to sleep but I couldnt because of the loud music and people drinking and shouting! Terrible! Hostels were suppose to be a calm place, where we could get some rest. But hostel One is a mess! A hell! STRESS! The oven broke, we coulnt prepare our breakfast...

Liked: Is in the best area in Madrid. You can go walk for everywhere and If you like go out at night, you can go walk as well. The staffs are very friendlly and The place is amazing. Very clean, very beautiful and very big. There are many computers. Is the best hostel i have ever been.
