Liked: It was really clean! We are 50 years old and stayed with our children. It was the first time we stayed in a hostel and we were pleasantly surprised! They made us feel welcome and were very helpful! The tea an the house was a big bonus!!!!

Disliked: Nothing, everything was up to standard.

Liked: Everything! It was so easy to meet people, the free internet was a plus!! The service was friendly and helpful, not too mention churros and chocolate for breaky! It was clean, and fun to hang out in, the bar hop was fun too, I love how I walked out of my hostel into the main shopping street...I can go on!

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Extremely central! Pretty cool vibe - bit of a party in the reception most nights.

Disliked: The front door is hard to open... Also the wifi doesn't have very good range.

Liked: Great ambient, well located. Good beds

Disliked: No breakfast, they didn't give us a key for the lockers, because they told us someone stole them.

Liked: It was nice and clean and despite being right in the center it was really quiet.

Disliked: the building looks kind of sketch from the outside/entry way and the common rooms get loud at night which sucks if you have to get up early.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Clean, great atmosphere and 1 euro beers. When I stayed there they had free sangria on a random night. Very nice.

Disliked: Very noisy. Lot's of street noise and people coming and going at all hours. Wifi was down for most of my stay but they fixed that while I was there. They have 6 computers though so it didn't bother me too much.

Liked: Fantastic hostel. I can't fault it in anyway. The atmosphere was great, the beds big and clean. Location and staff also tops. Haven't across more friendly staff than the guys at this hostel. Perhaps the best hostel I have been too. Keep up the great work guys!

Liked: The location of this hostel was great, close to the main sight seeing attractions. The staff was helpful but not very friendly. I would recommend this hostel for those looking for a party hostel.

Disliked: The staff seemed to provide better and more friendly service to native Spanish speakers. They also did not follow their own rules (the common room was supposed to close at 12am, but was full of very loud people well into 2am).

Liked: Amazing Place, Amazing Spirit, The Best Service I've Seen in Europe So Far Good Rooms, Good Kitchen, Good Staff, Good Wifi, Good Computers, Helpful Staff, Amazing Hostel Activites. Good Shower Rooms. and on top of that its on the heart of madrid.

Disliked: No surveillance cameras in coridoors .. It's all my fault but, I forgot my wallet in the toilet with some cash inside.. came out like 20 mintues later to to find it empty without cash. it would helped if they made up some servilance cameras in coridoors and see who went to the bathroom after me and if he found my wallet why he didn't deliver it to the reception.

Liked: I've stayed at six different hostels in Madrid, and this is one of the best. Great common areas, two floors, and expansive kitchen. This is very similar to their sister hostel, Hostel One Malasaña, with a bit more of a party atmosphere.

Disliked: One suggestion I would make is a more clearly-labeled "Free Food" shelf in the refrigerator like Hostel One Malasaña has.

Liked: Staff was amazing! Really comfy beds and clean clean bathrooms and showers. Really a great hostel for the money I would go back for sure!

Disliked: No elevator! If u really can't carry ur bags up someone will help you but beware!

Liked: Nice vibe, great facilities and modern look. Also the breakfast was a nice addition.

Disliked: The bathroom did not allow you to lock the doors while showering. Also the room I stayed in had very little space around the bunks to move about.

Liked: This was my second time in One Centro, it was great 2 years ago and now it's even better with the whole new floor! Atmosphere is fantastic, something different going on every day. It's very tidy (all facilities cleaned daily), location couldn't be better, nice crowd. I'll be back next month!

Disliked: It gets quite noisy at night, but can't blame the hostel for that... it's the type of atmosphere that's going on really. It's just probably not the best place to stay if you're looking for silence. Kitchen could be a bit bigger, just one sink/cooker is not enough during peak times. My food disappeared from the cupboards a few times (despite being labelled), but again, can't blame the hostel. Blame humankind maybe? Anyway, just the type of thing to know beforehand and not stress out too much.

Liked: Great atmosphere, the staff were great and often put on little events at night or a free breakfast. Would recommend for anyone staying in Madrid.

Liked: Friendly place with lots of young people. This is the right place if you are up to meeting new people and going out for partying.

Disliked: Nothing really, but people looking for a quiet place shouldn't consider this hostel.

Liked: It was a great place to meet people and party. Everyone was friendly, including the staff who organised free outings and breakfasts.

Disliked: People came and went in the dorm at all hours making noise. Some were more considerate than others who were loud without thought for others.
