Rui BandarraIt's on a street with no cars, there's a bathroom for each dorm, friendly staff. I'm not sure the neighbourhood is totally safe but it is without a doubt, very typical and beautiful. |

Customer reviewI liked the staff a lot, They were all good though I didn´t have much time to enjoy and give you more information. The free breakfast is poor and washing dishes not the best part of it, and also the lack of an elevator should be mentioned on the web site. |

William Siuthis hostel was close to major spots without being too busy. the facilities are new but it is still in the process of completion, as often there may be workers around doing the odd handyman job. perhaps once complete it will be even better. the staff are all friendly and are willing to help with problems both within and outside the hostel. their mannerisms are friendly and sincere. two thumbs up. there are activities organised which rotates between tapas tour, flamenco, sangria and pub crawls, depending on the day of the week. it's good as it provides a variety and also get to meet ppl from other hostels. the guides on these tours are enthusiastic and playful. thumbs up again. quite enjoyed the stay. would stay again if im ever in madrid again. good value for money. only complaint is that the wifi was not compatible with my iphone, which is a problem for the staff as well. |

Aldo Dennis JosonThis place had really friendly staff. It's a great place to meet fellow tourists as there are plenty of activities to join in (games in the evenings, free tours, etc). Though the elevator was under repair when I stayed there, staff members were willing to help people who needed to bring their luggage up the stairs. |
