Located a short 15-minute walk from the Puerta Del Sol, we offer you different types of apartments:
Apodaca Apartment is an amazing one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Spanish capitol. The bedroom includes two single beds, and the place is packed with extras such as wireless Internet access, air conditioning, and a TV with a DVD player. There’s even a balcony one can step out onto to enjoy the special ambiance of the city. This apartment is one of four nearly identical apartments located in the same building, should a larger group need to stay here.

8 Apodaca B is an unbelievable two-bedroom apartment located just three blocks from Madrid’s main street, Gran Via. This apartment is brightly illuminated with natural light, giving the rooms a spacious, airy feeling. Adding to this feeling are the apartment’s three balconies. This place is loaded with modern amenities, as well, such as wireless Internet access, a TV with DVD player, as well as a washing machine. Also, this is one of eight similarly-sized and equipped apartments situated in the same building, making it ideal for larger groups who wish to stay together.

Larger families and groups can also be comfortably accommodated here, by staying in 2 or more apartments. The apartments are also ideal for business travelers, as they are equipped with WiFi internet access and offer a private and independent atmosphere.

Food & beverage:
The central location of these apartments means you can easily walk to a wealth of restaurants and bars.

Area information:
The Chueca district, famed for its frenetic nightlife and the main shopping boulevard of Gran Vía are all within 800 meters of the property. Puerta del Sol is a little further on from Gran Vía and represents the centre point of the country and the heart of the city. All around are tapas bars, where you can enjoy a fine red wine with the local ‘Madrileños’.

Important information:
Guests in groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of EUR 50 per person at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment(s) has been checked.

Guests checking-in between 23.00 and 01.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25. Those arriving between 01.00 and 03.00 must pay an additional EUR 40. Check-in after 03.00 is available by prior request only.

Set just off Madrid’s lively Fuencarral Street, these apartments are well located for exploring the capital’s sights. The city’s focal point of Puerta del Sol is a 15-minute walk away.
