Liked: The staff are very friendly and tell you the best places to go out. My room was spacious and light. There is a decent enough breakfast and it is clean. Most of all, it is great value and very central.

Liked: I am a straight female and i stay at Puerta del Sol with my friend Amy. The men there were perfect, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Our beds were made everyday, and the breakfast was lovely too. The beds were a little uncomfortable and squeeked a lot.
