Liked: Really nice facility. Really clean.

Disliked: Kind of a far walk from the metro. Took a very long time to check in, and the first key the staff gave us did not open our door, it opened the door across the hall from us...not very safe to give other people the keys to occupied rooms.

Liked: The cleanliness was great and the staff was really helpful! When you understand how to get there, its a really nice place to stay for some days, in Madrid

Disliked: There were a little community of ppl who was there for a month so they took the power of the TV room.

Liked: For it's location it should be cheaper. I'ts very big place and everything is working like in Germany. Laid back backbackers paradice? Nope. More like a place for sport teams etc traveling with their own bus. After 11.30pm - prepare to walk few kilometers from metrostation. And if metro stops at 1.30pm at weekends, I don't know what should you do then.

Liked: a lot nicer than described in other peoples comments. maybe i´m biased having just arrived from africa, but it was very clean, very safe, and exactly what it says it is: a cheap and clean place to crash! but yes, it is about 20 minutes to the metro stop, another 20 to the city center - call it an even hour when you get down to it. for the money though, its a pretty decent spot. but if location is important to you (if you plan on staying in madrid for a few days for example, and would like an easily accessible place to call home base) then look for something more central.

Liked: Kind of off the beaten path, though as a single I had a room with three beds to myself. They told me that all the rooms are the same. Descriptions on website are good and accurate.

Liked: 2 main problems: 1) it is too far from the center and not so well connected with the Metro2) there is a factory nearby which runs also at night and it is impossible to sleep if you are particularly sensitive to continuous noise
