Liked: Great location on Gran Via. Refridgerator in room. Opportunity to practice Spanish with staff

Disliked: Shared toilet (even if have private room). Only one toilet available from what I could see

Liked: Very nice hostal, very clean! Just behind the big Gran Via street, great location!

Disliked: The beds were hard and some of them to small.

Liked: It's got an amazing location, in the centre of the City. It is also very clean!

Disliked: Nothing, it is very good

Liked: It was nice and quiet but also right in the heart of Madrid

Disliked: Perhaps a kettle to make tea or coffee in your room would of been nice in the morning, however there was an excellent cafe opposite the hostel so that was good.

Liked: Great location - opposite the metro, and just off the middle of Gran Via. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well set up - ours had a shower and a basin, although the toilet was shared. WiFi was fast and worked well. This is an ideal base from which to explore Madrid!

Disliked: There aren't many "extras" - e.g. a kitchen or free breakfast/hot drinks. But for the price, it is still fantastic value.

Liked: Amazing lcoation, close to central metro stops and very clean and tidy room, great 24-hour reception.

Liked: The rooms are decently sized and they all have the necessaties available to you. They are also very private rooms, and it is very much like a home!

Disliked: The sound travels quite a bit, but it's not even that bad.
