Liked: Very nice location: at a side street of the Gran Via, so very central, but not to noisy, because it is in a quiet bystreet. Nice and helpfull staff. Clean room with towels en linnen (cleaned every day).

Liked: Great place: perfect location, staff super friendly & helpful, free internet. Great value for the money. I would stay again in this hostal.Said that, to be picky: there was no toilet in my room but just sink and shower (the toilet was shared with other guests) and the double bed is rather small.

Liked: It's perfect location, its coziness and staff. Every day a lady would clean the room and make the beds. It is really clean and well organized and there is always someone there to help you - 24/7!

Liked: It is in the middle of the city center, right next to Gran Via. It is very cheap, the staff is very helpful and nice.

Liked: Hot water was wonderful, and the beds were comfy. The walls were a little thin, but it was quite overall. The people working there were also very accomodating!

Liked: Quiet, clean and good value for money. Staff extremely helpful! The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay a euro everytime you wanted to open the door to your in room safe.

Liked: Friendly staff and nice clean room with comfortable beds. Ask for room not on the street side. Much movement and noise in the night.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was right near all of the main squares, shopping centers, and nightlife but yet off the main street so it was not noisy. The rooms were very nice and we actually got a double bed instead of two singles pushed together.
